The box I received, was full of the spicy items. I called the owner Sara, she explained someone else had made the box, she apologized. She states she will replace it for another occasion. I accepted and ordered for Easter weekend. Today I follow up, I was told her prices changed. She would replace it with the smaller box. I explained I had paid for a large. Her response was "it is not like you threw it out". I was floored, I even sent her a copy of our text. It is unprofessional, poor customer service and integrity on her part. I told her to keep it, I will take my business else where.

All of our guests were raving about how good all of the food was! Sara and her team never stopped working until the night was over - they even helped with cutting and serving the cake, which was provided by a different vendor! I needed to time it for pickup, and he met me at Coastal Cravin' Bagelry to deliver. It was still cold, so I didn't' have to worry about food getting warm or spoiling. Additionally, between emails and texts, they kept me apprised of the order being accepted, and then completed. So, very excellent communication!
