I needed the tinting removed from the rear windshield and replaced. I had done enough research to know that removing deteriorated tinting is a delicate process. I also got wax and an exterior detail. My car is gorgeous. I had to get a new battery today, and the shop owner could not believe how clean it was under the hood. I will definitely be returning to Clermont Auto Spa, as they have my highest recommendation.

I am going to do what I always do and divide my review by sections. Quality. Jason is a perfectionist and uses first quality products in his operation. He uses Ceramic Pro 9H for ceramic coating. This is probably one, if the no the best professional coating available in the market today. When I first look at my Outback after he had finished, I thought there was a in problem with the rear bumper protective rubber. I was wrong, the Outback was so shiny, what I was looking was at an optical illusion caused by the reflect in the bumper. Unbelievable, the Outback looked like it was a mirror. Not, kidding, I could see my face good enough for shaving. This was, regardless to the fact, it is a dark color. Subaru Limited Edition Pearl Brown. Technicians. Jason is a very experienced detailer and a Ceramic Pro 9H installer. His staff covers the entire gamut of levels of experience, from the Extremely experienced installer, to the rookie who is just getting started in the profession. Customer Service. Excellent. I normally rate customer service not on the friendliness and supportiveness of the staff, but really when there is a problem. When I picked up my "better than showroom" Outback, we did a walk around and look for any issues. We couldn't see anything, but when I got back to the house, I notice some minor imperfections in the vinyl wrap I had asked Jason to but in the front of the Outback and the exterior rear view mirrors. Talked with Jason and he asked me to bring it back the next morning. He personally, fix the imperfections while I waited. Jason makes it right for the customer. Final comments. The times I visited the shop with my Outback I was super impressed with the number of high end vehicles his team was working on. Called Polish 2 Perfection about washing and waxing our motorhome. I decided to go with them and OJ…read more came to our home last week to do the work. OJ explained how everything that was to be done, which I greatly appreciated. He started with the roof, then moved to the outside of the motorhome. He pressure washed the passenger side first and used Ceramic Pro to polish the coach, then wash again to complete the process. He moved to the front of the coach and noticed the dull headlights. For 20 dollars extra, he did both headlights and they looked brand new when he finished. OJ finished the front then move to the driver's side and then the back. Everything looked beautiful!! OJ finished up inside cleaning the carpet up front and in the bedroom. Looked great as well. The pictures included will demonstrate the excellent job OJ did on the entire coach. I was extremely impressed and very happy with OJ's work ethic and dedication to excel in his service to his customers. He went above and beyond to please and even added a " surprise" by doing the tow car's front headlight that needed attention. Thank you OJ and Polish 2 Perfection for the fine service.
