I had 2 CNA's in the unit, plus a therapy aide, the CNA's where at the Nurse's station, one sitting on the counter eating, both on their phones, the DON Tina and Administrator Travis both came to the unit and neither of them said anything to their staff, the one even showed the Administrator a picture of a kitten she was getting. While I was busy passing meds, clearing residents from the dining room from breakfast and answering call lights but yet they still have the audacity to accuse me and other agency Nurse's of being lazy and not helping. CNA named Grace thinks she's in charge, constantly disappears for 30-40 minutes at a time, is rude to residents, talks very hateful about staff and administration, refuses to do showers, never smiles and is just miserable to work with. CNA named Tiffany is just lazy and doesn't even care about anything but her paycheck. I asked her to change a resident that was very obviously wet with urine, the next time I saw the resident, about 1 1/2 hrs later he was in the same clothes and now had urine literally dripping from his wheelchair, I stopped what I was doing and changed and cleaned him up, he had dirty wet clothes already lying on the floor in his bathroom and wet briefs in the trash can, I was very upset, not with him but about the lack of care he had gotten, I made the comment about how bad it smelled in there while I was helping him, not directing the comment at him but was talking out loud to myself, oops, it was overhead and I was accused of verbal abuse. Many times, I had to lay 2 of the 3 gentlemen down, who are hoyers or need assistance, by myself, or they would have never gotten changed or repositioned. I know for a fact that one gentleman has NEVER had a shower since he has been admitted there. There are more NA's than CNA's, I worked a shift with 4 NA's and only 1 CNA in the whole building and the other agency nurse called in so I was also the only nurse from 7pm to 6am, or whenever staff decides to show up. There are only 2 regular staff nurses at this facility, the DON Tina and RN Kristi. Kristi is absolutely amazing! They literally had a new hire LPN and new hire RN quit within 24 hours of each other less than 2 months of being hired. Agency Nurses are constantly being DNR'd by the DON, when she needs to be looking at her lazy, manipulative CNA's. A nightshift CNA, that is 6 months pregnant, sat at the nusres station with her feet up on the desk eating, watching Pirates of the Caribbean on her phone while playing a game on her other device, while I answered call lights. Then it was reported that I was sleeping or always off the unit, I left the unit 3 times, 2 15 minute breaks, and to see if any medications had been delivered for the unit. And once to pull a PRN medication from the narcotic cabinet. I have been DNR'd from this facility, and some may think I'm just being bitter and seeking revenge, not true. The residents there are absolutely amazing and deserve better care, and it is terrible that good, hard working, caring nurses are being run off because being lazy is more important. God bless the ones who do care. Kristi, Dorthy, Naomi, and a group of young NA's.

if i could put no stars i would this place is horrible the aids are running like crazy understaffed…read morebeing scheduled 100+ hours a week the DON tina imler treats her staff like shit and ignores residents so she dont have to do her work my family member recently died here by something that could have been avoided if aid were properly trained and had the help they need
