Dr. Edward actually listened to me and took care my medical concerns with compassion, something that is lacking in this industry as of late. She was forward thinking and made sure that my problem would be fully handled until its conclusion. She didn't just give me "BandAid Care" and get me out of there like most doctor's offices do these days. I was not expecting the level of care I received, especially since express or urgent care facilities are known for volume and not necessarily quality. I was having a terrible experience that day with my normal provider's office and by the time I left this Express Care office I was smiling. They were just absolutely terrific! I will 100% go back in the future when I have trouble getting into see my GP. If Dr. Edward's and staff were a GP I would switch over to them in a heartbeat! Thank you for your care!

Examples of reasons we've gone here are strep throat, ear infections, swimmers ear, and sinus infection. We were properly diagnosed, we were seen at the time we expected (not a long wait if we walked in, seen within 5 minutes of appt time if we made an appt prior to coming in), ans it was very convenient to be able to pick up our prescriptions right there. Definitely recommend! I have gone to another chain pharmacy that offers medical visits and have never received this level of care. (The other location even sent me home after missing a pneumonia diagnosis & telling me I just needed to "let the cold run it's course." The other pharmacy has also mixed up prescriptions that would've killed or harmed our unborn child. Thankfully, we caught it ourselves at home.

I had a big metal door at work slam shut on my shoulder, caused a lot of pain. Went to there not knowing they closed at 8, was 7:20. Then today I saw a peach of a dr. dr car, no clue if spelled right, but that is about as much care as he took with me. his entire premise is that, "well it is getting worse and not better and being slammed by a door is just a minor injury and therefore since we have no clue we will just release you." have to keep that money rolling in from the worker's comp company so who cares about what is really happening with the pateint.

My mother has had 2 separate times of her going to the emergency department, usually late at night, and been sent to sit in the waiting room for HOURS. Once, we thought that she had a massive leaking infection in a recent surgical site (thank God that was not the case!) and she waited for 4 hours before we realized our mistake and she decided to just come home. Tonight, she needed help with an extremely painful leaking cyst on the back of her thigh. She wad made to sit on that extremely painful cyst (being flat out denied a place to at least lay down as she cried in the waiting room) for FIVE HOURS. Meanwhile, every cough and sneeze that walked in was given a bed before her. I don't know what happened to patient care at this "hospital" but clearly it has died in a corner somewhere....I recommend checking the waiting area.
