The art of negotiation is understanding both sides and knowing when to compromise. Lenny doesn't get this. He likes to dig his heels in. It's bad because it wastes time and annoys the other side. We lost our dream home because he could not come to terms with the lawyer for the other side. The seller finally got so frustrated they sold to another family whose lawyer was easier to deal with.
