One word: AMAZING!!! Natalie & Laura were so amazing when they did our hair and makeup for my wedding. We had 10 (!!!) girls - 8 bridesmaids, 1 mom and 1 bride - and they were able to make us look so beautiful with time to spare! Despite the massively humid day and our outdoor photos and ceremony, our hair and makeup did not fall or fade. We looked fantastic all day. Natalie and Laura came and set up in our hotel room, making our day a million times easier - we were all able to hang out in the hotel room, get ready in shifts and all be together. Can you say no ability? She screwed up my hair when there is no way to fix it before my wedding. She wouldn't even play with it without thinning and now I have no hair left. Not to mention that it now has a horrible feel to it instead of feeling smooth and soft like hair should. My eyebrows are uneven, hopefully they are able to grow enough by the wedding. Not only was the service horrible she was also distracted by her son playing video games and her ex even showed up at the end. She needs to learn boundaries. I had planned my whole schedule aroutdoor my appointment and she had to reschedule due to her claiming she was sick. To top it all off I got attitude from her and sheer disrepect. read more

Natalie and her sister were amazing! Did all the hair and makeup for our wedding party. Natalie even did a pre wedding trial run on my hair and came to my house to do it! !!!! They came to us the day off the wedding which made it super convenient! These ladies are awesome. The airbrushed makeup was so beautiful in pictures and also didn't feel cakey. read more

I generally hate to leave bad reviews, but because I know people planning their weddings as I was are trying to get as much information as they possibly can, I think it is important to be straightforward about the experience I had with Natalie and her assistant of Rollers and Rouge. Natalie was contracted to arrive to do hair and makeup at 11:30 a.m. for my wedding but did not arrive until 1:15 p.m. After a number of calls and text messages (from 11:45 until 1 p.m.) where they claimed they had been "stuck in traffic" they arrived and acted as though nothing was wrong and failed to even provide an apology. We were supposed to do photography beginning at 2 p.m., which she was aware of prior to the date of the event. As a result of their late arrival, everything was set back an hour, which was frustrating to other vendors, although I was amazingly fortunate to have excellent vendors for the other aspects of the wedding that managed to adjust their schedules in a way that allowed the day to move forward. In addition to not meeting the aspects of the contract, being excessively tardy and showing no remorse, I was informed by one of my bridesmaids and one of the other vendors that she let slip that she actually came from another wedding earlier that morning and that was the reason for her tardiness. Overall, I was appalled by her lack of professionalism, her lack of concern for the schedule of others and would not recommend her services to anyone looking for makeup and hair for their wedding day (or any other event). read more

My bridal party and I had a great experience with Natalie & the Rollers & Rouge team! The girls arrived on time, and actually finished everyone early. Some of us had photos of what we liked, but others were more indecisive and open to the team's opinion. Natalie & team did a fantastic job. We all looked and felt so beautiful!
