I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim.
