No complaints at all about the people who work for the park. The workers are respectful, helpful and take great care of the park's amenities. The corporation has also been very helpful to us in Phoenix with an issue when we first moved in. The golf course is very well maintained and the pro shop guys are top notch. Our experience with some people here however became of concern pretty quickly. There's no gates and they allow non residents to buy memberships to the golf course. You cant be sure some of the people in recreation areas belong here. These were things we didnt think about when we bought here but should have considered. read more

I so feel for the lady who's 99-year-old Grandma was picked on and evicted. I can relate. My Mother was picked on too. She was 95 and in her home for 17 years mostly by herself. The office was sending her letters saying they were going to evict her if she didn't power wash her driveway. Can you imagine? Then they kept raising her rent and the manager there was such an awful nasty person to her when we she tried to talk to them. She was too old to play golf and take advantage of the facilities, but they wouldn't give her a break. She was paralyzed by the thought of having to move and living on her social security. Our mom finally passed recently, and we just sold her house after it being on the market for 8 months with no one living there. Finally, we practically had to give it away so we could get out from under the hefty rent of $1,014 per month. Warning. Once you are here you are in it and it's very difficult to get out. I am so relieved to put this behind us and never have to deal with that Battle-axe of a manager again. read more

My 99 year old grandmother has lived here for over 20 years. With only a couple months warning they decided they were no longer renting and would be evicting her leaving her with no place to go. eventually my grandmother was admitted to hospital and when she returned they had removed all her belongings with no official court order and changed her locks. what they do is illegal. They treat their residents poorly. On top of that their lot rent goes up every year which is currently over 1k for a TRAILER PARK. They take advantage of these older people it's so sad. read more

I purchased a Home back in 2017 here at Rolling Greens, and I have never regretted one single moment! Being able to swim on Christmas Eve in a heated pool is an annual joy I look forward to. The people here are incredible, warm and friendly. My home value in 5 years has tripled! The facilities are awesome, the Free Golf for residents is a wonderful amenity! You can enjoy the many clubs and workshops or simply sit back and enjoy retirement with everything at your fingertips! The Park is maintained beautifully and we are pet friendly with 2 different dog parks. There is an exceptional community of people here who love being happy each and every day! This park is the best in amenities in Marion County. I have lived in RG for 3 months, and I'm also familiar with the other parks in the county as a mobile home dealer. RG has 3 pools, one body therapy pool heated to 90 degrees, clubhouses with activities 7 days a week, 18 holes of free golf on my doorstep, a ceramics room with kiln and wheel, a woodworking club, a library, tennis, bocce ball, pickleball, horseshoes, large events throughout the year, very friendly neighbors, wooded areas in most groupings of homes, poker, billiards with 2 good tables, darts, a REAL mahjong club, regular card nights (non poker), texas holdem, yoga, water volleyball, a home owner's HOA for 15 bucks a year, I don't pay for water, trash or my lawn service because it's included. Life here is like living in a resort. The cost of the homes here are accessible to most budgets, ranging from 60k to 200k, depending on what style home you want or can afford, and the leased land fee is 816$ as of Jan 2023. At my last home, the park charged 450$ per month with zero amenities, and unfriendly people. Adding to that 450, I was on Ocala Electric where my bill was 350 per month. The electric in RG has never gone over 150 bucks and I dont have to keep everything turned off. 816 minus 100$ dollars a month for a guy to cut my lawn, minus 50 for water, minus 200 for the better electric company, leaves the actual land rent price at 313$ per month, and I get to live in a lovely community with fun people and things to do. Hands down, Rolling Greens beats out every park in Marion County. read more

If you've read the yelp review from two years ago, it was very accurate! Lot fees arbitrarily increase yearly with no relation to inflation rate/ cost of living. If you're retired on a fixed income eventually you'll be priced out of Rolling Greens and as the reviewer stated, forced to sell for far less than you paid or, upon your death you children will be forced to either try to sell it atabandon the property! And don't let anyone tell you your children will be liable for lot fees after your death (like folks are frequently told about vacation resort properties or time shares). That's crap! It's too bad places like Rolling Greens can't be bought out by a co-op group and then rented out with lot rent increases based on the inflation rate. read more

I love it! Facilities are well maintained and the newer homes only increase the value of ours. We are remodeling and enjoy the finished product. It's quiet, there's lots to do if you want and if you don't that's ok. There's a great sense of community here at RGV.. keep up the good work! read more

Showed up with 6 people for 18 holes of golf. Purchased our balls and paid for golf being very clear there were 6 of us. We were on hole 1 when we were approached by an older man, stating he was the director of golf, who started yelling at us right off the bat about having 6 players and being off the cart path. We went back to the club house for a refund so we could leave. The same man followed us to the club house, no doubt to continue to be aggressive and overly angry, yelling at us. I told him he could have talked to us like a descent human being and there was no reason for him to start yelling at us during our first interaction and that he was being very unprofessional l. The man raised his club and very aggressively pointed it at me while I was alone outside. My husband and sons were inside the club house. He was very aggressive towards me. The entire interaction with the director of golf was uncalled for. There is no reason for him to yell at us and be physically and verbally aggressive towards me. He should have spoken to our group with respect instead of coming out hot right out of the gate. We got refunded and will never be back. Sad since we used to golf here once a week. read more

My dad lives there and it is gorgeous and everyone is kind.It has a couple of things that need a little work but very very nice.
