Through the years they have returned to dig out unwanted plantings, cut back those that have gotten too large, fine-tuned and repaired the water system, and done fall and spring special tasks. Now RKH also comes to cut, blow, and trim the lawn weekly. Their rates are reasonable; crew folks are always friendly and often go the extra mile. Josh is my main contact. He always works extra hard to do what I have in mind and fulfill my vision! I would not ever consider hiring another landscaping company. They are my guys!

I approached the owner after noticing the damage and he refused to fix it or even come by to look at it. I would not recommend using them. They are happy to take your money but apparently do not stand behind their work.

Since I didn't interact with them directly, I am not considering scheduling difficulty in my review, but wanted to mention it in case anybody needs tree service immediately that this might not be the best option. That aside, the actual work they did was phenomenal. I went to work with my backyard looking like a pine forest from hell. When I returned, the sun was visible and my backyard looked about 5x as big as it did in the morning. All the low-hanging branches were cleared, some higher branches were also taken down, and the trees were cleaned of dead pine debris. Also, if the trees weren't evidence of it, I wouldn't have known that they were at my house at all aside from the back yard having fewer pine needles. They cleaned up after their work very thoroughly and even left us some decent sized pieces of wood for our fireplace. These guys do a great job! If you're in need of getting your trees maintained/cleaned up and have a few weeks to wait, go with these guys. You won't be disappointed.
