I am a 69 year old year old retired army Officer and attorney. I have several medical conditions…read morewhich drastically affect mobility and some of the routines of daily life. I have used Synergy since last fall when I sustained two broken ankles followed by a pulmonary embolism which brought my life to a a stand still. I had some heart issues in May and was in the Hospital most of May. My ability to drive is very limited as is my mobility. If it were not for Synergy I would be in a nursing home or other in-patient care facility rather than my home. I am really grateful that these nice folks are around to help me! They all make me feel that they are not just care givers but members of my family who love me enough to come and help me out.While they help me through my limitations, they never make me feel that my life is restricted by my limitations. I can not emphasize too strongly how important this is. The folks that operate this agency of Synergy are great. They are always available! I have had to call at odd times and have always gotten in touch with some one who can address my concern.They have provided services for me on very short notice when problems have arisen. They people they employ are quite knowledgeable, very kind, and very hard working. They are also very kind, thoughtful, respectful, and pleasant to be around.

Based on our conversations over the coming weeks Nikki coordinated tours for us at various facilities. She was there every step of the way for support, follow-up questions and as a sounding board. She helped us find the perfect place for my parents based on their needs and interests and they could not be happier. Nikki has a true gift and is so compassionate! I'm so thankful for her and now her friendship at one of the most stressful transitions in life. I would have been lost and overwhelmed without her and highly recommend to anyone going through a similar situation.
