Told the clerk just wanted a reusable vape. With no tobacco solution. The clerk repeated what was stated. Acquired Vaporesso Gen 80 S. The Clark stated want mint with no tobacco. Stated yes, that would be good. The clerk put everything in the bag. Was not shown the solution because it was behind the counter and the clerk put it directly in the black plastic bag. The clerk ended up giving tobacco solution with the mint. Was sold the wrong solution despite stating only wanted tobacco-free solution. Call the number on the receipt; 7707557122 on 08/08/2023. Talk to a manager briefing about the situation. Was unable to read the solution and type environment that was in. The solution was opened. Told the manager clerk over the phone, and he stated he does not know how to do refunds or exchanges. He stated to come back later on that day, when the previous clerk will be able to exchange or refund them tobacco solution. Stated wanted to get this done as soon as possible, to get the correct solution. Asked again why he wouldn't be able to exchange or refund the solution and what will be the difference between coming back later to get the other clerk to exchange or refund. Then he stated the other clerk is going to say the same thing, he did not know how to do a refund or exchange. Ask why he would state to come back later to go to the other clerk to do the refund and exchange. He began to get rude because what he was saying did not make sense. Solution want the mint tobacco Free solution as soon as possible. Managers and staff need to be properly instructed on how to do exchanges and refunds. Train staff to not blatantly lie and say this is a solution to speak to someone else to get it resolved; when you get there, it is not a solution. Resolved as soon as possible. It's a laid back atmosphere without anyone following you around and pushing products on you. Not into Vaping? No problem. They have hookah products, CBD products in topical, edible and vape/smoking forms, THAT ACTUALLY WORK. Have a bad smell in your house/room/business that you want to get rid of (not just cover up and make the smell worse)? They have candles for that. Prefer incents? They have those too. Have pain that Tylenol or Ibuprofen just aren't cutting it? They have natural products for that. I walked in, told them that I had tried time and time again to quit, but nothing was working for me. Weather it was something I picked out myself or was a recommendation from other stores' employees. I took advice from Blake (employee with the sunglasses on and hair in a bun at all times lol) and ended up being able to trash the cigarettes within 2 months FOR GOOD. I have not touched a cigarette since and now honestly, the smell of cigarettes makes me sick. Even when someone is just smoking and I walk by, I avoid the smoke at all costs instead of reaching for my own. Every person that works there is worth your time to chat with. Blake, Sam, Matt, and definitely the owner Ali. they are all basically my second family at this point and they have all changed my life in multiple positive ways. So if you're looking for a LEGIT, honest, helpful, and hospitable shopping experience, COME HERE. Not any where near the Keys Ferry location? No problem. there are several Just Smoke locations. There are locations in Loganville, Conyers, and Lilburn as well. All of which carry phenomenal products and have the same welcoming environments and wonderful employees. So come give them a shot.
