I reached out to multiple companies and Lorena was the only one who replied promptly and was willing to work with me to understand my vision. After talking with her, I knew she cared about my event and would do an amazing job - she's been doing this a long time and is passionate about her craft! After our initial call, she even texted me so I could send her some pictures and she could confirm the colors I wanted and the way I wanted it to look (mixed colors instead of colorblock). About a week before the event, she reached out again to confirm time and date, and let me know the information for the day of contact. On the day of the event, the balloon artist showed up on time, was very professional, and had the garland up and ready quickly. The garland came out beautiful, and my friend plus all the guests loved it! Everyone took pictures in front of it and commented on how awesome it was! Thanks, Lorena, for making my event a success!

Well that is what happened to my daughters good friend. Now I swoop in because I've decided that this adorable little boy needs to have a birthday & presents from us so I went online & found a present that I had shipped to him that he got in 1 day (though it said 2 days so I was happy. And y'all can guess which company it was.). But wait, that's not all! I decided that it's not a birthday unless you have balloons so that's when I used my handy dandy Yelp app & started searching for either a florists that also did balloons or just a balloon business in or near Thornton. Everything showed closed due to Covid but then Balloons Elite popped up so I gave them a call. Lorena was so helpful & said that they were just allowed to open up. Boy was I a happy camper! I explained the situation & Lorena was more than happy to do her magic! We agreed on an arrangement price of $50 which included her delivering the balloons the next day (04/26/2020) on the little boys actual birthday. And I let her design the whole thing. Lorena delivered it the next day & he was so happy! Nothing beats good customer service as I am a real stickler about that but Lorena definitely went above & beyond to provided great customer service & in record time! I highly recommend Balloons Elite for those in & around Thornton as well as those who are out of the area or as in myself my case, out of the state (California).

However, this place is so dirty. The dresses the little girls wear are dirty, ripped, and worn. The bathrooms and carpets are filthy. They style the girls and mom's hair all with the same brushes. Christina was the first person I spoke with and after hearing what kind of event we were hosting, she made recommendations on equipment and our property. Her instructions and information were very clear and she remained friendly and professional throughout the entire conversation. Our event was unfortunately scheduled when Colorado rain storms were beginning to threaten the skies. Blaster Bouncer called to let us know of the concern for high winds not for their equipment (it could handle it!) but for the sake of the children who would be playing and our church liability. They gave us advance notice and left the choice up to us. When we heeded their advice and decided to cancel, the process was smooth and everyone was very understanding. He combed over the amp tooth and nail, and finally solved the problem for me, a problem that turned out to be not so much a broken component (my guess) as operator error, a change-over from an active to passive guitar, and the need for a suitable pre-amp to boost the signal . It took a lot of testing and reading of manuals and schematics, before Sean figured out what was going on. He went so far as to compare my sound-levels with those of other amps in the stores and he was quite patient and thorough in every regard. I made several trips to the store, and became acquainted with three key people there, all of whom were very nice, and I got a feeling for their special niche in the music world, which is the supplying of sound systems and various components, whether for rentals-out or for purchase. They keep a fair supply of guitar needs and are happy to order anything you might want at a fair price. Though Guitar Center and places like Kolacny's and Flesher-Hinton all have their place, I'll always begin by shopping here because of their patience and kindness. It is a special kind of store with special kind of people, and it always feels good to be patronizing a locally owned business of modest proportions. Bravo!

They charged us full price (3 hours of play with only 50 minutes of real play time) for all of the items as well as an additional price for the generator.
