So I made the 40 minute trek there only to find that indeed they did not have what I was looking for though she said they did. They apologized profusely but apologies don't pay for gas and time wasted. Other than that the employees were polite and the store looks like it has plentiful of other items. They allow you to pick a window that you want for the delivery and the pick up and Stephen was on time for both. He also gave me a call ahead of time so that we could make sure they were in order and not filthy when he receive them, they are reasonably priced nice people, and I'll definitely be using them in the future. It costs about $500 for 10 uplights, so it's not a cheap addition to a wedding. Many of the guests commented on how much they liked the lighting, and in all honesty I thought no one would notice. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because two different people gave me two different price quotes (one being $100 more expensive), but in the end they did honor the cheaper quote which was the right thing to do.

With covid, they are doing curbside service... we reserved and paid for our rental all online, then arrived at the location, called them, and they wheeled out the saw and put it in the car for us. Instead, I met Jolene on the other end of the phone. What a warm and positive person! She immediately took on my problems with grace and alacrity. She not only solved the heaters and blanket asks but also added so many details that I would never have thought of. Baskets to hold the blankets. Blankets tied with twine. Additional black napkins in case someone was wearing a dark outfit. Found local wines and beers. Just extremely thoughtful in everything she did. My event was not big or expensive. I'm from out of town so I'm probably not a repeat client (wish I could be!). And I had a very last minute weekend request. And Jolene pulled through 110%.
