There is also a wall filled with bags of candy from Mexico if you do not like what is in the "by the pound" section. I bought a white horse with pink mane and tail pinata which I thought was the cutest but if you are into super heroes, Disney, and Miley Cyrus there are tons of pinatas of that genre as well. If you are not familiar with the pinata game, it goes like this: 1) Tie pinata to a rope and throw rope over the branch of a tree so that the handler can raise and lower the pinata. 2) Give all adults margaritas 3) Blindfold birthday child and hand them a baseball bat 4) Handler then lower and raises pinata while child swings at it with the voice help of their friends. After 3 swings, blindfold another child. 5) Eventually the pinata will be shredded when all children have had a chance to hit it and all adults have had a margarita or two and all the kids jump on the pile of candy and toys that fall out of pinata Lots of fun and not as much of an accident ready to happen as it sounds.

Walking around I quickly realized that thinking this place is just another Spirit Halloween store, is like thinking King Soopers is just another Starbucks Coffee place. The inventory at Reinke's is incredible. Yes, it has costumes for Halloween for that one month out of twelve where they celebrate that holiday and host a haunted house. But the rest of the year this place has everything you'd possibly want to host a Star Wars themed party, St. Patrick's Day bash, Mardi Gras gathering, create a magic show or produce a Broadway play. Room after room are filled with every imaginable item to change your appearance from scary to sexy. They also have makeup, masks, stage props and lots of different magic tricks. I was overwhelmed by the extent of their inventory. The kids had fun looking and playing with everything and we purchased some small items just for fun. I'm sure we'll be back.

This store specializes in Mexican candies, drinks and snacks. It was nice to see some brand names and products I have not seen since I lived in Los Angeles. I do love a good marzipan candy and they have several choices. The lovely female clerk is bilingual so Spanish speakers are well served here. It just opened and I think they will be doing more with shelving and signage but it looks and functions great already. It's a fun store with a light feel and I'm always happy to see my Mexican brothers and sisters thriving and opening/running businesses. I bought more candy than I need but I really wanted to help out, even if you a little but. I suspect this store will do well. They are in a nice strip mall in a nicer area of town. I want to start by saying that ALL Rocket Fizz (it is a franchise) have outstanding customer…read moreservice. I'm not sure if it is trained, or just the general personality disposition of people that decide to own one, but I have never been to a Rocket Fizz that has had poor or displeasing service. That out of the way, this particular shop really took the cake (or candy bar) in terms of excellent customers service! My family and I cannot express fully how kind, amazing, and attentive the staff was at this location. I know it may seem silly, but we talked about how great this candy team was for a good 30 minutes+ after we left. There are two specific instances I will bring up. 1.) My Daughter's Birthday Bonus! Now, they didn't know this, but my daughter doesn't get to go to Rocket Fizz very often but loves the store itself. She particularly loves the specialty sodas. Her favorite is called 'Unicorn Yack' (I know, it's grossly titled purposefully and is actually sweet and fruitful flavored). The last couple times we have been to other locations...we haven't been able to find it. My daughter was talking to me and brought up, almost rhetorically, that she wondered if they still made this. The Rocket Fizz Wizard (Rocket Fizzard?) overheard and asked what she was looking for. She mentioned it and they go, "I've got cold ones right here!" and showed her them and that they had extras on the shelf. She was so, so excited. We told her what a great birthday surprise! The Rocket Fizzard then said, "It's your birthday?" She said yes, and they told her and the cashier, that we should feel free to shop and everything we buy for her will be 10% off her special day. She - sincerely - shook with excitement. She felt so acknowledged and special...it really made her day. 2.) The Sign Situation A couple years ago we used to have a Rocket Fizz in my state (Iowa), but it closed. At one visit, my mom saw a sign there. Rocket Fizz, on top of candy, also sells quirky novelty metal signs and other eccentric items. She said she'd pick it up later, but never saw it again and then the store closed. I didn't realize how impactful this silly sign was, but apparently she looked for it every time we took my daughter to one in CO, ha. She told the Rocket Fizzard about it when they asked if she needed help finding anything. They knew the exact sign. They scoured the store looking for it, front and back. They returned and said they couldn't see it but knew - they've seen it somewhere. Apparently, Rocket Fizzard has two Rocket Fizzes in the area. They called the other store and asked their staff member to look. TA-DA! It was there! They told their staff member to please hold it, gave us directions to the second location (wasn't far), and also - a little aside I overheard - told their staff member thank you and how much they appreciate them (great, positive, boss...) 3.) A Little Note The Rocket Fizzard also had a name tag that prominently displayed their preferred pronouns. I thought that was a very kind and inclusive little way for all to be welcomed/accepted. NAMES/SHOUT OUTS: The Rocket Fizzard is played by: Adonay. I want to thank them, from the bottom of our candy hearts for providing us the BEST Rocket Fizz experience, and one of the best overall customer service experiences ever. I do not recall, but they may oversee both locations we went to this day. Either way, they are doing an excellent job. Isaac: Our cashier who was pleasant, fun to chat with, and also - great customer service Krissie: She actually works at Adonay's other shop (I didn't go in), but she held the sign for my mom, and she wanted to make sure I mention her because - again - great customer service. If it isn't clear, I highly recommend this place and will ab-so-lute-ly will be returning. Thanks!

Christina was the first person I spoke with and after hearing what kind of event we were hosting, she made recommendations on equipment and our property. Her instructions and information were very clear and she remained friendly and professional throughout the entire conversation. Our event was unfortunately scheduled when Colorado rain storms were beginning to threaten the skies. Blaster Bouncer called to let us know of the concern for high winds not for their equipment (it could handle it!) but for the sake of the children who would be playing and our church liability. They gave us advance notice and left the choice up to us. When we heeded their advice and decided to cancel, the process was smooth and everyone was very understanding. We look forward to using them in the future when the weather cooperates!
