Today I stopped in to ask if Dr. Aimee could perform an injection for sciatica and to make sure they had this medicine in stock. Just that question only, before I went to the emergency room. What I experienced was a total different no customer service attitude response to my kindness and concern. This is nothing like the medical professional service that we are use to experiencing. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before I was greeted. Once the young lady appeared I was immediately given an attitude for no reason and she would not make eye contact nor apologize for keeping us waiting as three employees were laughing and socializing. They looked at us and we looked at them through the entry door window that leads back to the treatment area. I asked if I could call her right quick on the phone she said no. I said I could email her. She will not assist with that. She said if I did they would get back to me in a few days as I'm standing there with no one in the waiting room and no patients coming or going. She told me I would have to pay $150 and then she would see me (Dr. Aimee.) Super unprofessional all around. It is very disappointing as I am in tremendous pain and wanted to see a physician I could trust. My family and I will not be coming back.

The administrative staff is rude and combative, especially the office manager. My last visit was a follow-up for blood work, which somehow took an hour. The office manager, who was not wearing a mask, would not let my partner accompany me inside due to Covid. One would think that she would be wearing a mask if Covid was a concern, but alas. They sent my pharmacy conflicting prescriptions, the blood work left a bruise for over a week, every appointment take at least an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, you spend all of your time waiting in a room before talking to a PA for maybe 5 minutes. It's an all around awful experience.

My first visit was not a visit that I expected her attitude her demeanor was non-caring she was not thoughtful she cut me off she would not allow me to let her know what my body was going through instead she wanted to write all these prescription do all these different tests and was not towards what I came there for. Her Spirit Just wasn't clicking in my head at all she was rude she didn't want to sit and talk and just say hey what's going on with you oh you must be depressed. Being a doctor you supposed to be compassionate you supposed to be empathetic you supposed to be caring you supposed to be a person with a set of ears just willing to listen because you don't know what that person has gone through throughout the day. they that live with how they survive. She has no compassion I'm totally upset with her and how she treated me last week at my last visit. I rather go to big Grady downtown Jesse Hill then to deal with a small Clinic because dr. Summers Wednesday clinics she only have four patients. what does that say about her the reason she switch and swats in different clinics is it cuz she's trying to build. But the only way you build clientele is you change your nasty demeanor how you see people how you feel about people you're a doctor you're supposed to be there to help me not to hinder our hurt my feelings. So as of now I will be calling Grady Monday to change her from my primary care doctor to someone else I'll take a foreigner over my own race but it's not about your color it's about your compassion, confidentiality and the chairs most important. We all know that doctors are in a business plan with the pharmaceutical the right as much medication as possible. But she writes me a prescription of 5000 units of vitamin D checked the new write-ups that have vitamin 50,000 units is too much so I changed it on my own so I hope she know who wrote this review it ain't no secret period. The first…read morephysician I saw here wasn't really a good fit for me, but then I started seeing Dr. Jeffrey Haller and he is amazing. (see more below on him) At the end of my first visit I had a bit of a complaint, feeling the provider really rushed me and left without informing me of next steps, or even if the appointment was over. I spoke to the practice manager and she was very respectful and handled this beautifully. And also, once or twice it has been a bit difficult to get prescription refills approved and sent to pharmacy in the time frame the practice sets the patients' expectations to; but I don't really want to complain about that because everyone working in healthcare these days has had, and continues to have, such stressful working conditions due to the effects of the pandemic. And my refills have all been filled another day or two out. THIS PART OF REVIEW SPECIFIC TO DR. JEFFREY HALLER: Whip-smart. Sensible. Articulate. Caring. Expert. Respectful. Practical. Conscientious. I am grateful to have found Dr. Haller: he is making an appreciable difference to my health. I did not realize how deep was my need to find a truly great doctor who respects my goals and seeks to align with the kind of relationship I want to have with a primary care provider until I found him. The meter was broke so I had to get assistance from the parking assistant. When I finally got in the building after waiting in line, they informed me that I was 11 minutes late so my appointment was canceled. I explained I had been there for 20 minutes trying to park but it was broken and they provided no guidance on how to park in their garage. I just moved here from out of state. Once I showed them the address THEY provided in Mychart, they realized they never provided parking instructions or the address to the garage. They told me I can try and come back 4 hours later after I already took off work. They provided poor communication and were extremely rude. I will never recommend this office or location.

The lady at the front desk is also not very knowledgeable about her own workplace and pricing. Please don't go here especially if you don't have health insurance they will speak to you as if your less and mention you not having money. I was told oh let's add a covid test, oh yeah wait your paying nvm... I also was forced to wait over 20 mins after my appointment time... and they didn't even have me go in both rooms they made me get my blood pressure taken while answering questions even though you aren't suppose to talk while you get it done. I was also forced to go back in the waiting room for 15 minutes while my other test was done that I was basically coerced into doing. like I'm literally the patient why can't I stay in the room while my test is being done but I have to go back in the waiting room and she didn't even call me in and talk to me. She literally just handed me the papers and told me to leave. She also didn't have any care for what kind of job that I have or what kind of schedule that I have for needing to be off of work because I feel sick and just wrote that I could go back in the next morning and did not give a damn about how I felt about it since I have a laborious job. She told me take some Sudafed and some DayQuil and go to work. I was told if I didn't get a flu test done that my work note would come off really bad and this that the third because I said I couldn't afford to get a test done but I have flu like symptoms. The nurse at the front was like we've never had anybody deny a flu test and basically made me feel broke even though I can go buy a flu test for cheaper. Their flu test are $40. And the crazy part is the work note doesn't even say what you're sick with on it so I didn't even need to take this test!!!! They wasted my money and time and were arrogant and rude!

The staff was fantastic - friendly, professional, efficient, and the pricing was transparent and quite fair. I'd recommend this clinic without hesitation.
