I asked to speak to the manager where i was again told "You cant change doctors because that is OUR POLICY". I asked her to email me the policy. She said "NO. I AM GIVING IT TO YOU VERBALLY". I asked is the policy in writing anywhere and she said NO. They were extremely rude and it seems to me this is actually UNETHICAL. I will certainly be sharing my experience and searching for a new practitioner.

Today I stopped in to ask if Dr. Aimee could perform an injection for sciatica and to make sure they had this medicine in stock. Just that question only, before I went to the emergency room. What I experienced was a total different no customer service attitude response to my kindness and concern. This is nothing like the medical professional service that we are use to experiencing. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before I was greeted. Once the young lady appeared I was immediately given an attitude for no reason and she would not make eye contact nor apologize for keeping us waiting as three employees were laughing and socializing. They looked at us and we looked at them through the entry door window that leads back to the treatment area. I asked if I could call her right quick on the phone she said no. I said I could email her. She will not assist with that. She said if I did they would get back to me in a few days as I'm standing there with no one in the waiting room and no patients coming or going. She told me I would have to pay $150 and then she would see me (Dr. Aimee.) Super unprofessional all around. It is very disappointing as I am in tremendous pain and wanted to see a physician I could trust. My family and I will not be coming back.

The administrative staff is rude and combative, especially the office manager. My last visit was a follow-up for blood work, which somehow took an hour. The office manager, who was not wearing a mask, would not let my partner accompany me inside due to Covid. One would think that she would be wearing a mask if Covid was a concern, but alas. They sent my pharmacy conflicting prescriptions, the blood work left a bruise for over a week, every appointment take at least an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, you spend all of your time waiting in a room before talking to a PA for maybe 5 minutes. It's an all around awful experience.

I believe it was 2014 that I was informed, that my doctor would be retiring, & my care would be left in the hands of the current doctor in the office. I met the new doctor once, & I did not make another appointment there after; with anyone. As life progresses, & we get older, health concerns arise that calls for medical attention. I was in need of a Dr. Jarrett, but I knew I wouldn't be satisfied with anyone attempting to replace her. With the World Wide Web being at our fingertips, something told me to do a search for her. I'm so glad that I did because I found that she was less than 9 minutes from my home, in a new office of her own. I had never in my adult life been so excited, & eager to go to the doctors office. Her facility is very warm, welcoming, clean, & inclusive. The staff, nurses, & assistants are all very nice & efficient, from the moment my call was answered, till the time my appointment was over. & Dr. Jarrett, is just the same as ever, WONDERFUL. She's understanding, knowledgeable, patience, & always brings a smile to my face. If someday that I should have a family of my own, Dr. Jarrett will indeed be apart of their lives too.

(see more below on him) At the end of my first visit I had a bit of a complaint, feeling the provider really rushed me and left without informing me of next steps, or even if the appointment was over. I spoke to the practice manager and she was very respectful and handled this beautifully. And also, once or twice it has been a bit difficult to get prescription refills approved and sent to pharmacy in the time frame the practice sets the patients' expectations to; but I don't really want to complain about that because everyone working in healthcare these days has had, and continues to have, such stressful working conditions due to the effects of the pandemic. And my refills have all been filled another day or two out. THIS PART OF REVIEW SPECIFIC TO DR. JEFFREY HALLER: Whip-smart. Sensible. Articulate. Caring. Expert. Respectful. Practical. Conscientious. I am grateful to have found Dr. Haller: he is making an appreciable difference to my health.
