Remove a couple trees, remove all old sod and top soil, remove old sprinkler systems... Build a French drain over here, add a rock wall over there, add drip lines in the new mulched areas, add liner and Chad in the gaming areas, add new sprinkler lines, quality top soil and sod... We shook hands and agreed on a price and a tight time frame. I needed him done by August 8 when the kids return to school. He was able to move a couple clients around (sorry if that was you) and he already got it done!!!!!
