Edit: Wow quick response. I don't understand how you've been having crippling phone issues for months while still having business, and I also don't understand why your front desk wasn't able to just pass my cell phone number to you, which is what I provided. That is an unprofessional excuse. Also, you didn't find anyone by this name because I don't use my real name public on social media. That's pretty common.
