I meant to support Aaron on this a few months ago and just remembered to leave a review! Aaron is so awesome. He's been so efficient and transparent to work with on an unfortunate DUI I had last summer. It was my first one and it was a bit scary to face by myself when it happened. I didn't know anything about the formal DUI aspect for all the follow throughs needed from me. I found Aaron through Yelp and saw how many people trusted him and left great reviews on their experiences with him. With me, let's just say it was the same result from my own view. Many years ago, when I was quite a bit more foolish than I am now, I made a serious error in judgement. At the time, I was staying in Hermosa...but my listed residence was at my parent's house. Of course, they knew immediately that something had happened, thanks to the influx of mail from various lawyers. I was told by others that had gone through the same thing that I needed to take action immediately...so when I got to my parent's house, I started looking through the letters and doing a little research. Most of them were just the type of generic flyers you might see stuck in a coin-operated newspaper vendor...but one of them stuck out: a classy letter with a real signature, that addressed me directly in a way that spoke personally to what was going through. I assumed that, if this lawyer was willing to put this extra bit of effort into contacting me, he would put some extra effort into my case...and I was right. From the moment I walked into his office for my initial consultation, you could tell that Mr. Rosinsky was the real deal. He explained to me his process, the things that he would be looking at, what to expect, and how, if I were to retain him, I could basically focus on the things that mattered (work, etc.) while he took care of everything else. I really got the impression that he was just a good person, trying to help other good people to get past these mistakes and get on with their lives (and trust me, I'm one of the most ruthless skeptics you'll ever come across). At the end, he quoted a price that was more than reasonable...and that was it. Periodically I would get a call from him, updating me on the process and letting me know what I would have to do (which was minimal). We would meet occasionally, and the truth is that we would usually spend more time talking about life in general than the actual case. I felt more like Mr. Rosinsky was a part of my family than some clinical lawyer (kind of like if Thurgood Marshall was your great uncle), and it put me at ease. Meanwhile, he was working his magic... Going by the facts of the case, he negotiated a deal that saved me -a lot- of time and money--about four times as much as he charged, in fact (not counting the savings in auto insurance over time). I ended up having to take about six classes, attend some meetings, and pay a relatively small fine. While I was in those classes, many of us were comparing notes...and, out of those who were charged with the same offense, I was the one that ended up with the lightest sentence--by quite a bit, in most cases. One person ended up with the maximum punishment even though they had actually paid some other lawyer twice as much! Almost a decade later, I'm still reaping the rewards of choosing Mr. Rosinsky over the others: a few months back I was pricing auto insurance, and adding myself to my wife's insurance actually brought the cost of our premium -down-. I thanked God that I was led to Beach Cities DUI over the others--but not before I rubbed my perfect record in my wife's face :) I don't know if they still send out the fancy letters, but I -do- know that, when requesting an old record, I was met with the same quick response and timely service by Mr. Rosinsky's partner Mr. Steinberg. Aaron at Beach Cities DUI really made the best out of a bad situation. I was caught with a DUI in Redondo Beach after a few too many beers and doobs. I did fine with the sobriety test that was given to me. I even admitted guilt and was very cooperative with the police officers. But as soon as the cops decided to test my blood at the nearby hospital I knew I was in trouble. They booked me and tossed me in the drunk tank till the following morning. Overwhelmed with shame and remorse for my actions. I decided that if I wanted to overcome this. I had to seek legal help. I went on yelp and found Beach Cities DUI.
