When I first reached out to Preferred Services in West Covina, I wasn't just looking for someone to…read moreprepare documents -- I was looking for a team that genuinely cared about helping me through a stressful legal situation. I needed people who would listen, respond, and guide me without judgment or impatience. What I found at Preferred Services was a level of customer service, professionalism, and client dedication that is rare in this industry. From the moment I walked through their doors, the experience felt different. There was no cold reception, no rushed intake, no sense that I was just another case in line. Instead, I was greeted by staff who were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in understanding what I needed. They took the time to listen, to ask questions, and to make sure they understood the full picture before moving forward. Their dedication to customer service is the foundation of everything they do. Preferred Services has been serving the community for decades, and that experience shows in how they treat people. They understand that most clients come to them during difficult moments -- divorces, custody issues, evictions, financial disputes -- and they respond with patience, clarity, and compassion. They don't rush you. They don't talk down to you. They don't make you feel like you should already know the process. They meet you where you are and guide you step by step. Communication is one of their strongest qualities. They pick up the phone. They return calls. They follow up. They check in. In a world where many legal service providers leave you waiting days for a response, Preferred Services stands out for their consistency and reliability. Every time I had a question or concern, someone was there to help -- not with vague answers, but with clear explanations that actually made sense. Their knowledge and accuracy are equally impressive. They know the forms, the procedures, the timelines, and the court requirements. They make sure everything is filled out correctly, organized properly, and ready for filing. They explain what each document means and why it matters. Their experience shows in the way they anticipate issues before they become problems. I never felt lost or confused -- they made sure I understood every step. What truly sets them apart, though, is their commitment to client satisfaction. They don't just complete paperwork; they make sure you feel supported throughout the entire process. They check in to make sure you're comfortable with the next steps. They ask if you have questions. They make sure you leave with clarity, not confusion. That level of care is something you can't fake -- it comes from a genuine desire to help people. Their pricing is also fair and transparent. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no pressure. They explain the cost upfront and stick to it. In a field where unexpected expenses are common, this honesty is refreshing. Preferred Services is the kind of place that reminds you what real customer service looks like. They combine decades of experience with genuine compassion, and the result is a service that makes you feel supported, respected, and taken care of. They don't just prepare documents -- they help you navigate some of the most stressful moments of your life with confidence and clarity. My experience with Preferred Services comes down to three things: 1. Exceptional Customer Service They listen, they respond, and they treat you with respect from start to finish. 2. Client Satisfaction as a Priority They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the process and feel supported. 3. Professionalism and Accuracy Their work is precise, organized, and backed by decades of experience. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about helping you -- not just processing paperwork -- Preferred Services is the place to go. They deliver the kind of service that makes a stressful situation feel manageable, and they do it with professionalism, kindness, and unwavering dedication to their clients.

The pricing was very reasonable, and they even sent me a video and photo once the service was completed, which gave me total peace of mind. They handled everything, including submitting the paperwork with the court, so I did not have to run around or stress about any of it. That alone was such a huge relief. If you are even a little unsure about what they can do, just ask. They are great at explaining the process. I will definitely be coming back for more court document prep. It is so much more affordable than hiring an attorney for this kind of work, and the service was flawless.

I really appreciate all the help attorney Martinez and his team provided to us. It was a very uncertain situation because I did not know what to do, and I was overwhelmed with all the online information from ChatGPT to Google. I felt the empathy since the first time we interviewed, his team provided me with the all the answers and even tough I didn't like some of the answers they were very honest and direct since day one. Also the process of my case was very fast, even before than I expected. They also prioritized medical assistance for myself, making sure I could recover in a timely manner. The team was very supportive in all the process answering my questions, phone calls and literally taking me by hand to understand this process, forms medical recovery. Gaby was the person working on my case with attorney Martinez, she was very good on letting me know where my case was,and where we are going in the near future. That really provided me with peace of mind. I definitely would recommend Martinez Law Firm to any family, friend or coworkers.

I would give them zero if I could. Initially, I thought they were great! I got sit down with them…read moreand discuss my situation and was assigned to Marcus Hunter. Nice enough guy and seemed to know what he was doing. I was so convinced that I hired them twice for the same ongoing issue, so I paid a total of $5,000. At trial on the last date, I specifically asked Mr. Hunter to make sure that I would get a reasonable portion of my deposit back. He assured me that all the boxes were checked correctly and to make sure that I left the place broom swept. I also had another case with this company and so my other attorney was trying to prepare something and he needed to include my deposit return, but couldn't find it in the documents submitted. I called Mr. Hunter and was explaining to me that it was right there...then he pulled up the document himself and noticed he missed something and that my deposit was forfeited. He said, "sorry, I messed up" and got off the phone. My deposit was $5,000, what I had paid them! I reached out to Mr. Martinez to report the issue. He said Mr. Hunter was on vacation and would follow up once he got back on the 16th of July. It is the 27th. I have reached out twice and now Mr. Martinez will not respond. So my recommendation is to stay away from this law firm. I understand that mistakes happen, but take accountability, and more importantly, follow up. The fact that they have done neither shows that integrity is not their strong suit, and that makes them HORRIBLE at best!
