My mom and I called Rolli's to arrange the flowers for my dad's funeral. I can't say enough about the positive experience we had with Sue! I'll start by commending her work....the arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Sue listened to everything we requested...which flowers we like and wanted to include...which flowers we wanted to exclude...which colors my dad loved. When both my mom and I wanted to incorporate flowers from our own yards Sue was more than willing to stop by to cut the stems. The finished products were perfect and we felt her pricing was very reasonable. Beyond her talent as a florist Sue is a warm and kind person...she made it so easy to work with her! I called Rolli's for a floral arrangement for my best friend. I live in Florida, so of course I consulted Yelp :) They were very helpful during ordering, accommodating my budget, and making suggestions. When they asked about delivery time, I told them my friend would probably be in and out of the house that day. I told them I'd call her, and then call back to make sure she would be home. They didn't want me to do that and ruin the surprise. She said she would make a delivery attempt, and if my friend wasn't home she would leave her a note, and come back when she was home. We ordered flowers for my mother's funeral and they were beautiful. I am from an Italian family and we are usually very critical about flower arrangements. But everyone was VERY impressed with the flower arrangements. All the flowers looked like they just bloomed that day. There was HUGE lilies, perfect roses, and the colors were bright and vibrant. WOW is all I can say. I found them last minute for my Aunts funeral in March and everyone commented on the flowers but I was not there to see them. The florist actually called me as they did not have the exact right color I requested. WHO DOES that this day in age?? Then my mom passed away and I mentioned Rolli's to my sister's and turns out my sister knows the family. Highly recommended ... Sue was incredibly attentive and nice on the phone when we called to order an arrangement for our grandfather's wake. That made me hopeful that the arrangement would be good. When we arrived at the wake, the arrangement was even better than we expected. Sue even did a custom ribbon lettered with grandpa instead of a standard stock ribbon.
