He ignored me for almost a full minute, continuing what looked like a craft project, before finally acknowledging me and directing me to the appropriate checkout station (he was standing squarely between two so I couldn't tell where to go). He ignored my polite attempts at small talk and seemed to rush the entire transaction so I would go away as soon as possible. I'd rate the store higher but was really off put by how I was treated, and other reviews note a similar attitude...I was starting to think I'd read into it, but this is clearly a trend. No employees greeted us or asked if we needed any help the entire time we browsed, in stark contrast to every other boutique I visited that day going above and beyond to make me feel welcome in their shop. Nice selection of items and pretty to look at, but be prepared for a dose of attitude.

Beautiful white floral arrangements in white and gold boxes that were different shapes and sizes. My Aunt Dotty completed the table arrangements with tealight candles and gold accents, fabulous! I've been sending arrangements to my Aunt all year, sort of an arrangement of the month plan, as a special thank-you... Bill makes each arrangement more spectacular than the last. The attention to detail and customer service is greatly appreciated. My Aunt reports that Bill saved the best arrangement for last: White orchids trimmed in gold for the holiday season.
