unacceptable customer service from sheila (store manager)…read more do not go to this location!!!!!!! i experienced unacceptable, unprofessional, confrontational customer service from sheila (store manager) @ copperas cove location. upon entering the store @ 6:59pm (door was unlocked) sheila yelled out "we're closed" sheila failed to represent the company with her ridiculous and unprofessional attitude towards a customer. i had to remind sheila to say hello (greet the customer). she responded with an attitude (hello, how can i help you? ) failed again!!!! sheila failed to redeem her professional rapport. i informed sheila to do better and request to find the next opportunity to support the customer. (reschedule for the next available day) in addition, i informed sheila to consider business hours to "win my business". sheila responded with the same rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and unacceptable attitude, "we open at 10:00!" failed again. 3 times sheila failed. sheila conducted herself less like a store manager and more like a person who lacks professionalism and the ability to self- regulate her attitude while at work as well as demonstrate proper leadership in front of a new hire. unacceptable business practices! i would not recommend this location nor will i stand for the unwarranted confrontation to conduct business. title max1535 e. highway 190copperas cove, tx 76552title max corporate office and other sources have been notified of this unacceptable business management. i have received better customer service from dianna! however, sheila's hostile, confrontational and unprofessional attitude ensured that title max lost my recommendation for future business opportunities!

No matter which state my husband being in the military took us to it never failed every year we Contacted her and our taxes were filed immediately. Sometimes late hours she would be working overtime not to only take care of us but others. We have six kids and some In college and she knew how getting our taxes back promptly meant to us in helping them etc. I cannot day enough great things about this company. For any of you out there that need to file. Jackson Hewitt will follow you any where. As for us we would never use anyone else but Sarah Guillot In Temple Texas with Jackson Hewitt. That is not the integrity of entirety of my complaint other than this very large mistake that they have made the Walmart location on 31st St., Jackson Hewitt o employee interrupted me started yelling and arguing with me and said she was the manager I've never dealt with such unprofessional behavior I wouldn't even want her to work with a puppy or small animal or any pets a person like that does not need to be working with customer service I called the corporate office I keep getting the runaround and a promise of another call they charged me 580 some dollars for the service when I only work four hours year and only have one child to get a tax credit return off last year they mail me a check last year because because they overcharged me by $272 this company needs to be looked into and I insist on going farther not because the errors because errors happen but I'm gonna look further into this because the person that's working there at Walmart on 31st St. is a disgusting representation and explains why the service is poor thank you. I must add comically on the last note that the lady working at the front desk with an absolute angel thank God for her she did escalated the situation she was very professional kind and caring.
