What a great venue to bring our students! We brought a group of 25 special needs students. The employees were so welcoming! We were offered had a great deal so everyone could enjoy a nice lunch. The kids loved the pizza. It was a very good size and some students couldn't finish it and took their leftovers home! They mostly ordered cheese and pepperoni. Their sandwiches were also good. I had the Italian panini and it was delicious! I couldn't even eat it all. Their cheesecakes and ice cream are also delicious. We met the owners as we were leaving and they are excited to have us back! We thanked them for their patience as our students are practicing money and ordering skills in the community to work on their independence. We are looking forward to our next visit! read more

I'm a little confused about ice cream in the title here as it is a Bistro. We had pizza which was decent. The Caesar salad had a ton of croutons from a box on them. They printed our ticket 40 minutes. After hour we tried to get help on our order but the guy would walk away. After one and half hours with no food I waited in line to get refund. Oh my gosh this place is so cute and the staff is super sweet and as fast as they can be despite the super steady foot traffic they get on the pier. They have menus outside so you can make your selections before you order inside and give them your name so they can bring your order to your table when it's ready. I got the cranberry and goat cheese salad with a slice of strawberry cheesecake to refuel and refresh after walking through all the little shops in the heat and they were everything I needed in my life and more. They also give a really nice generous amount of salad dressing, especially compared to other salads I've had in the city, so much so that you may want to start slow with it instead of dumping it all over your salad right away like I did, though it's so good either way really works. read more

The mango rolly was well needed in a hot day in Miami. The guy sold me on the Oreo rolly sample but then I decided to go with fruit to cut down on the calories . Either way ice cream is my favorite and I had to do it. He basically poured milk on the metal frozen plate then the mango and chopped it to mix it with the milk. Once it froze he rolled it up. And added my toppings of choice, mango slices, blueberries, gummy bears and almonds. A little umbrella was placed on top to make it tropical. Upon diving in, it was good but then I got some mango hairs stuck in between my teeth. It really wasn't enjoyable because it was weird pulling out strings of mango fur, grabbing a few chunks at a time. Also I told him to add whip cream and he totally forgot about it. I just informed them about the mishap. But o well.. Was it good? Yea, but I recommend not to go with mango or at least they should replace the mango with some smooth pulp without the mango hairs... my experience here was interesting. while the ice cream was insanley good it was not worth anything. me and my siblings ordered 4 rolled ice creams and it took over an hour to make all 4. the guy who made it was very kind but kept walking away and was working very slow while others were waiting in line. there was another area ice cream could've been made but the other workers decided to sit around and do nothing. also, it was 70 dollars for all 4 ice creams which i think is a total scam. overall, the only good thing about this place was the flavors of the ice cream but in my opinion this is a complete scam and there are better places to get some ice cream. read more

If you're looking to get scammed this is your place! I took 5 mins to look over the menu and everything looked fantastic on the menu, as do with all restaurants. I ordered avocado toast. On the menu it looks delicate and seasoned and with actual avocado. As you can see on the menu. I paid 10.99 for two slices of white bread with a guac spread on them out of a container. It's not even mashed up avocado. It's just a plain guac spread with nothing else. Look at the pictures. Pathetic and never coming back here lol. read more

My first rolled up ice cream experience! I was super super excited that I can finally get on the rolled up ice cream train myself and try it out! Here, you get to choose either milk base or milk chocolate base with one mixture ( fruit or candy or cookies), each additional mixture topping is $0.70 extra. I decided to go with milk base with Ferrero Rocher (because who doesn't like Ferrero Rocher?!!) The ice cream maker then proceeded to pour out a small cup of milk base ice cream liquid, then put a Ferrero Rocher in the center and started chopping. I was a bit concerned with having only one Ferrero Rocher in the ice cream mixture and wanted to add another. But surprisingly, it was chopped into tiny bits and blended in perfectly! Then he spread out the ice cream to a very thin layer on the cold stone surface and wait a bit for it to harden before he can roll them up. He waited for about 15 seconds and my ice cream was ready to go! But according to my sister, who is a rolled up ice cream veteran, told me he should have waited longer so the ice cream doesn't melt so easily. I was also expecting the texture to be harder, but then again, the ice cream maker didn't wait long enough, so my ice cream became quite melty very soon after it was plated. Nevertheless the flavor was wonderful. Never had Ferrero Rocher flavor ice cream before and it is so yummy! I would try rolled up ice cream again but just not here again.. But it's because I personally prefer harder, non-melty ice cream which is what rolled up ice cream supposed to be if they're done correctly . I also think the final product played in a banana split container is not as cute as in a cup that is all over their advertising poster. read more
