I also thought they were a local company, wanting to support a small business and they run ads to make you think that they are (which I fell for) but they are a national company. You get handed off from person to person throughout the process with no continuity of service, which should have been my first flag to go with someone else. This pattern continued when on the day of service a man and wife show up at my door. No company logo on their clothes or truck. They also didn't speak English, so when I open the door the man just said "fence" and waits for me to walk him to the fence. I had done the video walk-through during the quote process but no one showed it to the two-person fence crew to prepare them so he doesn't know what to do. He calls someone else at the company (not the account rep I had previously spoken with) and puts them on speaker to have them try and translate between us as I'm explaining the job to be done. The person on the phone doesn't understand because they can't see it, and the guy on site can't understand because of the language issue. The fence ends up being completed but not to what was agreed to prior in the quote process. I'm not thrilled but figure it's not the end of the world because they said during the initial quote that if the fence was shorter than expected or supplies not used they would refund it back. That was a complete lie. I've spent months calling trying to get it sorted out and corrected. It takes weeks to get a return phone call from them. Then, they just stopped answering or returning calls altogether. I saw another review that said their phone system is set up to not answer calls they don't want to answer, and this is 100% true. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with for a service company.

I decided to leave this review because I gave the company multiple opportunities to resolve the…read moreissues after installation and unfortunately they were never fully addressed. During the fence installation, our turf and the concrete pad supporting our pool equipment were damaged. We discussed the issues and agreed they would be repaired. The only item that was ultimately addressed was the turf. Another unresolved issue is that the fence appears to have been installed over an existing cable line, which now runs visibly from the bottom of the fence up along our side instead of being properly routed. It looks unfinished and was never corrected and could potentially be hazardous. Most concerning, we recently began experiencing significant standing water and pooling in the back of our yard near our pool equipment and the rear of the house -- something we had never experienced before the new fence installation. After investigating, I discovered that the kicker boards installed on our side are higher than the kicker boards on our neighbor's side, which sit approximately 2-3 inches lower and appear to create a continuous barrier that is preventing natural drainage. Water previously flowed through this area without issue. I understand that installation issues can happen, but what has been frustrating is the lack of follow-through and resolution after these concerns were brought to their attention. Based on our experience, I would not use this company again.
