My portion of the fence got knocked down by Hurricane Beryl and needed to get it replaced. I've called around different fence contractors to request an estimate on removal and installing cedar fence. Two of the fence contractor had to put me on hold for couple days due to the numbers of jobs they have. So the third time, I called Ergeon. I searched on Google.com and their reviews are 4.8+ and read most of the comments from customers and all gave 5-stars and very good reviews! So I would give it a try on my third time calling. Right away they were able to schedule me a video phone call through my cell phone. The sales consultant that I dealt with, Alejandro M. was very polite and very knowledgeable when explaining the works of his company in removing and installing different types of fence. He patiently heared me out and answered all my questions. After giving the information that Alejandro needed in the video call and seeing the actual fence, I was able to get a quote right away. So I accepted the job and the company called 811 before the dig. For the portion of my fence, it only took a day and half to complete. The project manager that is responsible for this work was Jennie. Again, she was very patient and informative when answering my questions during the project. She listened well and did a fantastic job this whole time! Even the people answering the main number, was very nice towards the customers. I have been in the process of getting my back fence replaced and working with David, he is great. Has been and is very patient with me. Makes sure I understand everything and explain to make sure I do. So, I've decided to let Ergeon to install my Fence We are at the point where I accepted quote and David explained next step. Waiting on call from project manager to send out come and do a physical site view and then, let me know if quote is ready to go. I like this part because then I will know if anything on the quote need changes, this project is going great because of David. I feel like this is a way to let everyone know how David and his company is taking care of me and my project. Right now, I'm at a point to wait, see everything at this point to make sure it is going to happen as told by David. Will finish my review as project goes forward to completion. The representative from Ergeon seemed friendly when giving me the estimate for the fence installation, which I accepted. I got the necessary approvals from the HOA and the City for digging, and scheduled a day for the installation. I even managed to take a day off from work for it. However, on the day of the installation, I received a text at 6 am saying they had to reschedule for the following week. I had to rearrange my schedule to take another day off, which was not easy for me as a nurse. I confirmed the new date with the project manager. On the rescheduled day, they didn't show up and didn't call. I texted them at 3:30 pm asking why they hadn't come by. They gave me an excuse and said they would be out the next day. I had to take another day off. They finally came the next morning, and the fence was installed. Although we are happy with the work they did, we will choose a different company to replace the rest of the fence to avoid wasting my time sitting home waiting. read more

I have to say that I am super impressed with Ergeon. The whole process was a wonderful experience. Once I contacted them, a designer set an appointment with me on video call. We did a virtual visit and inspection of my old fence and by the time we were finished, the guy had a 3D plan of my fence and showed me how each panel was going to look. After that, I got the official quote, which I have to say was very competitive compared to one that my neighbor had for his fence the year before with a single guy. Once I approved the estimate and asked for a financing option, it took about 3 weeks for the actual work to be done. During that time, they requested the required permits, they called the 811 for tracing and mapping of service lines on my property. Project was not done to spec case 10 foot gate is 9.5 ft the 2 gates spec at 4ft (48in) are 3.7ft, spec 4x6 post for 10ft gate, got 4x4 ( corrected) now 4 x6 they charged me for job before fully completed, trash and demolition not picked up yet, never signed off on satisfied completed sheet, made complaints, they came out on labor day weekend to clean up, paid for spec out fence that I did not get, wrong gate latches, screws and fasteners in board not doing anything, crooked hinges, just poor workmanship, got well that's how I do it, the project was scheduled for mid September got we do now, had no time to put in for PTO, mid August , told did need to be there, thanks to my neighbor to help. I message Ergeon for a quote to replace my back fence and to install an 8 foot double wide gat on the front side fence. Oscar M. called me back within an hour and gave me a quote for the work I needed done. I was so impressed with how he handle coming up with the cost by using the satellites to measure my fence from his location. The actual quote was a comparative price and it came with a warranty, but I wound up going with a company that was local to my neighborhood. I am happy with the work and my choice to use someone else was due to the cost. Great process. My Sr Customer Service Rep, Erika, is the BEST! Great communication and very clear explanation and documentation of the process of rebuilding my fence. She was able to break everything up into separate sections and re-quote as we changed things. This really helped me to price the job accurately if I wanted to split things up or share some costs with my neighbors. Found Ergeon through the thumbtack app. Got quotes from several companies and they were very competitive compared to their peers. The customer service throughout the entire process was phenomenal. Constant communication from concept to planning to completion. Gate was completed quickly and looked great. A week or so after my project was complete we had a strong storm with heavy winds which actually broke the welds on my gate hinges. I would highly recommend Ergeon. They were on time. Pleasant project manager ( Lily) assisted us through the whole process. The work team was here by 8:15 to remove and replace our back fence. By 8:45 the old fence was removed and hauled away. By lunch time they had the post holes dug and cemented in. After lunch they built the frame and attached it to the support posts.
