I stopped by on Thursday to drop off 24 pieces of laundry. I separated them for the owner to create my ticket. The owner had another customer and went through all my items to confirm the count. He stated for me to just leave them and pick them up the next day. When I asked what the price would be he stated "no more" than $6 or $5 per piece. Not a single piece was at $5 as the owner had stated. I expected a bill no more of $144 but when I picked them up I was surprised to see my bill for $197.50. A lesson learned on my part. Always get the total price before leaving my clothes. At my previous cleaners this was never an issue. If you are looking for good quality at a good price, I recommend you go to Champion Cleaners in Pasadena. I would NOT recommend this place for poor quality and a high price. read more

This is my go to cleaners! The owner is a really sweet guy. The prices are ok kind of in the norm.. They are also really organized. Their hrs are usually from 7-7 so it's convenient that thy are open all day! They also do great alterations for $7bucks.. read more

I cannot believe how they messed up my clothing. I took a bunch of my garments in and waited to pick them up. Pick them up no problem. they were friendly. When I get home I put them in the closet waiting for their turn to be worn. Flash Forward a few days later and I pull out a pair of my pants I wanted to wear. I was stunned, absolutely ruined! streaking on the pant's color. Whatever chemical they used was harsh and destroyed my pants. When I showed my husband he immediately went up there and got my money back for my pants full value which was $50 cuz I had just bought them. Maybe just a fluke? Right? No. When I went to get a blouse out of my closet, I noticed that my arm wouldn't open so I inspect this shirt and notice if there is something that has sealed the arm closed. It was a butterfly clip that you would use for your hair!!!! Somehow it had gotten into the arm of the shirt before they decided to press it and seal it with a hot iron/ironing board. I do not own such hair clips so they definitely were not mine. I don't know how it got in there but I had to peel the melted plastic off of my shirt and luckily it just happens to be that the shirt was black and the clip was black and is on the inside. I had damage on the inside of my shirt that only I could see (but I could feel the scratchiness) but the thought that that's how careless they were was really really the end of it. I will never come back. I will travel an extra 2 miles to find the quality i need. read more

I have brought many items here over the past 12 years living in duarte, but this day i will no longer give another dollar to this establishment. the husband and wife team of launders do not speak english so you are limited with the information exchanged as customer and owner. the wife is a PURE evil B-word. when i brought in a leather/wool jacket last month she was just short of yelling at me that she could not work the item. she waved me out the door with both arms and shook her head "No Do! No Do!" i couldn't believe that this was the same place that i have been patronizing for over a decade. considering how the economy is, this place is quite reasonable. to hem my pants it's $7 and they are usually ready the next day. ive had two tops the tore in the washer and seemed like i had no choice but to toss them but he cleaners brought them back to life. for both tops[together] it was $15. all i have to do is go in and the couple recognizes me right away and promptly brings me my clothes. i have recommended friends and family and they too have had the same experience as i had, quick, easy, and done with a smile. read more
