They have 4 hair stylists all of different levels. The owner of the shop is the head stylist and she is absolutely lovely. The other girls are also lovely and will give you their honest opinion if you decide to go for a change .. something i am too scared to do. ha ha. Their prices are fantastic considering it could cost triple to have a colour and cut elsewhere. They have a forecourt directly outside their shop which you can use as parking. They also sells hair products such as shampoos (which they are using on their clients when washing their hair to promote the product), hair equipment (i.e.GHDs) etc. Their services range from cuts, colours, bridal hair and hair styling. This is a very popular salon. There is nothing they won't do or go out of their way to help you on. This is not just a salonfor woman - men are also catered for here. Highly recommend.

As a New Yorker I'm used to change, and being in England, I had to find a new hairdresser. After 6…read moremonths and unbearable ends, I went in search of a new salon. Living locally, I came across this chain of salons that was only a 5 minute walk from my fiancé's place. Usually I would have called much in advance, but I checked Facebook and they had a few 5 star reviews so I forged ahead and checked their website, and they had a deal: 30 pounds for new customers! I called to see if they could fit me in. Luckily one opening at 1PM on a Saturday, guess I'm just lucky! Charlotte greeted me at the front desk and offered me a drink, I opted for some lemon water, which she brought out with some candies on the side! She was sweet, and during the consult she was helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted regarding length, layers and the style I wanted at the end. The hair was was absolutely glorious, and she asked me if I wanted a head massage... UM YES PLEASE! Who ever said no to that question? During the cut, she talked me through each step before doing it, and checking after each step that I was happy! I have never had someone do that before and it was really nice and refreshing! I told her I was going out later in the evening, and she asked how I would like it styled, and I asked her just large waves/curls, with an easy flow. I'm not sure I even knew what I meant, but Charlotte did and delivered! I swear in my almost 30 years of life I have never been so happy with a haircut! I think I found my new hair stylist, but can I just bring her back with me to New York? Pretty please? Charlotte if you are reading this, thank you! I felt gorgeous for the next two days! Wish I had taken a picture so all of you could see how amazing it looked! Just take my word for it! Charlotte was also a pleasure to talk to and we were chatty the entire time. She was sweet, nice, kind and chatty without being too intrusive, I enjoyed her company for the hour appointment! OVERALL: Good customer service over the phone = 5 stars Greeting at Salon = 5 stars Hair consult, discussion and deliberation = 5 stars Hair wash, head massage = 5 stars (can I give it more?) Hair cut, dry and style = 5 stars (10 stars easily, felt like a star for the next two days!) 25 STARS, but I guess YELP only lets me give it 5! If you are a local and looking for a salon, I highly recommend this salon! Quality, ambiance, and friendly people who give great haircuts!

I was visiting London and was aghast at how scorched my hair had become in Greece. After checking…read morereviews on Yelp, I emailed TOKITO salon overnight and was able to book in for lunch the next day. I walked in very cautious because with a stylist who is a stranger, a lot can be misunderstood - plus, I have hair almost to my waist, and after encountering some stylists who seemed to feel like a few extra unasked inches off was not a big deal (wut), I am scared of new stylists... but no need for fear, here! Hiro is very attentive and listens very carefully, and clearly had no agenda but to apply his expertise to my direction. Hiro cut my hair dry so I could make adjustments as we saw the progress; he was very conservative at my request, and didn't complain in the least when I reconsidered my asks twice and wanted to cut even more to address the dry ends. It was clear I could trust him not to overdo it, which made me trust his judgement. After the main trim, he did a fantastic wash and head massage, used the dryer on only medium heat (which is so much better for your hair!) and did a little more touch-up trimming once my hair was fully blown out. I walked out feeling like a whole new person, and am super grateful to not have haggard hair for my last few days in London!
