Third, they actually do schedule these appointments and maintain communication via email, texts, etc. This is a marked improvement over the guy you can barely hear in the middle of a job who never calls you back. Fourth, the electrician who came was competent, timely, and flexible (he came a day earlier than scheduled). Other reviewers here and elsewhere have complained about costs. I had no issues whatsoever. The price was reasonable for the electrical work he wound up doing. He explained some parts of the electrical system that I didn't understand and clarified that I didn't need any extra work done. Obviously I appreciated that candor. He was also a pretty good dude, easy to relate/talk to, and I always prefer dealing with friendly contractors than sour ones. So in sum, this is a professional outfit and what I've come to expect in the 21st century, with an office staff, scheduling software, and prompt, helpful specialists--but sadly it's something I don't often find in the world of contracting.
