He found some debris in the air ducts (such as pink installation, a small block of wood, etc.) that should not have been there. One of our vents was entirely blocked by insulation! The above items all seem to be on the up and up at reasonable pricing. Some of the items they sell - bathroom faucet sets are double the price of the big stores. They have toilet and sink repair items but not everything you might need depending on the job and again - the prices aren't exactly a bargain. They sell shower assemblies that I would think may be fine in an all adult household - but I can not picture them standing up to the typical wear and tear of little kids or teenagers. The staff was busy but still friendly on the three occasions I've been in recently - even when i needed to return an item - so that was good. Shop around, do your homework - but keep this place in mind for kitchen remodels on a budget! April 2018 Update - adding a star! I have now purchased ready to assemble cabinet assemblies for myself and for my employers office renovation. I have found Matt and Adam to be super helpful and well versed in the cabinet lines they carry. The cabinets were easy for a two man team to assemble very quickly and the cabinets themselves are all very nicely made / good quality. I would definitely recommend purchasing cabinets and accessories through this store anyday.
