Purchased our carpet at Home-depot. And had Romanoff Renovations install our carpet. They were here on time and finished by end of day.

Had our carpet replaced thru Home Depot and Romanoff were the ones to do it. The guys were very professional, even broomed off our driveway while they were waiting for us to lock our dogs up. Got the job done quick and it looks amazing, made the whole room look like it got a makeover. We only have carpet in one room so we probably won't need the service again for a very long time, but I will recommend going thru Romanoff to everyone I know. read more

I'm really upset with this whole situation. I really liked the workers that did the job they were very nice. in till days later I realize the two of my diamond rings were missing they were the only ones that had been in my house. I put them in the same spot all the time. i filled a police report contacted the comp and that's all that happens because thieves get away with doing unlawful things these day, very disappointed very upset hide your jewelry hide anything that is important to you. I could tell you all about this company from Paul clocking in on his days off to Juan and jose Luis drinking and driving. I say specific names because management didn't see it being an issue. Workers took a massive dump in my toilet that wouldn't flush because we were still working on the house. The other bathroom in the house was working but neither of them asked before they used the bathroom. Didn't realize for days due to us not living in the house currently, the whole room stunk like a dead animal when we finally figured it out. Disgusting. They should've told me when they realized the toilet wouldn't flush. Otherwise carpet install was fine and took 3-4 hours. I would've rated higher if I didn't get surprised by a big poop in the toilet 6 days later. read more

HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION! Don't expect them to give you a call back. If you want an answer YOU MUST CALL THEM. The entire time I've been the one calling them for updates and answers. 07/20/2021 - Purchased flooring @ Home Depot. 07/23/2021 - Locked in date for flooring to be installed 09/07/2021 - 09/09/2021. Late August - Received all materials. 09/07/2021 - A worker was supposed to show up between 8am - 11am but NO ONE SHOWED UP. Around 11:15am I called their local office 209-232-1609 and was told that the worker's car is at the auto shop so someone will come out the next day and apparently the worker had called the office but no one called to informed us. 09/08/2021 - A worker, Fernie, came out but no work was done because it turns out that termite treatment was required before any flooring work can start. I will say that Fernie was friendly and professional. I scheduled for termite treatment to be done 09/10/2021 (earliest date). The worker left but he call around 4:15pm for an update, which I'd informed him of the schedule termite treatment and he said that he'll inform him manager. Right afterwards, I called the local office to update them but only reached what seemed like a nonlocal phone operator who said that she'll leave a note for the local office to call me back. 09/09/2021 @ 10am - I called the local office but it seemed like I'd reach a nonlocal phone operator again, who told me that they they'll leave a note again for the local office to return my call. I did NOT receive a call back that day. Friday 09/10/2021 - I called and I was informed that I'll get an answer Monday about when they'll come back out to install the floorings. I voiced that my concern that had I known or been verbally told to have the floor inspected before they came out than I would have done so because there was almost a 2 months timeframe between confirmed installation date 07/23/2021 and the date they were scheduled to come out 09/07/2021. We had removed all necessary furnitures and items to prepare for the installation and now the house is a mess. Monday 09/13/2021 - I called and talked to a manager at the local office and was again told that I'll get an answer on Tuesday about when they'll come back out. I had informed him the same concerns I told the worker I'd talked to on Friday. 09/14/2021 @ 12:40ish PM- I called again and was told that I'm not on the schedule yet and the scheduler was out for lunch. The worker who picked up the call said that she'll inform the scheduler to call me back. I never received a call. 09/15/2021 @ 10am - I called and haven't been reschedule yet. I was told that they'll work on it and let me know by today or tomorrow. I called back @ 4pm and was informed that the earliest date that they can come back out is 12/06/2021 due to other renovations that is already scheduled and the short staff. WTH! Erica, the worker I talked to, informed me that I had the option of receiving a refund and I'll have to reach out to the Home Depot for it, which I appreciate the information. I called my local Home Depot and informed them of the issue. They're also questioning the reschedule date of 12/06/2021. A Home Depot manger plans to call Romanoff Renovation to see what is going on. I'd requested for a different company to come out to install the floors but unfortunately they only have a contract with Romanoff Renovation. I am planning to redo more flooring around the house but most likely I won't pay Home Depot & Romanoff Renovation to do any more reno work. I told Romanoff Renovation and Home Depot that I understand the short staff situation and why it was scheduled for Romanoff Renovation to come install the floors in September when I had paid for everything in July. Also, I understand that it's only been a week since the original installation date and the termite situation pushed everything back but remember that they didn't come out on 09/07/2021 like they had scheduled and my main issue is that I've been the only one reaching out. They have never reached out to me after 09/08/2021 to provide me with any updates. The only time I received a call was from the worker who came out on 09/08/2021 and he called to see if we have schedule the termite treatment. 1 star for the friendly employees. read more

I bought LifeProof laminate flooring plank from Home Depot. They recommended Romanoff renovations to lay the floor. I had a kitchen, kitchen pantry, laundry room laundry room storage closet, 2 full bathrooms, master bath and master bedroom closet completed by Romanoff. The man Eugene was very knowledgeable and an excellent floor layer. He was able to resolve any problems during installation in an efficient manner. Due to water damage in our kitchen we had to replace the entire flooring. We purchased the product we wanted at Home Depot and they set us up with Romanoff Renovations for the tile installation! We have been more than pleased with the service we have received from them so far and look forward to the end of the installation. From the first contact via email they have been helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. I have had to call several times with questions that I had not thought to ask previously. Both Mike and Phillipe have bent over backwards to answer all the questions that pop into our brains! We have been so blessed to have been sent Garth as our installer. That man knows his tile work and has had to work extra hard to address issues that have come up during the installation process. He has explained each issue and offers options. Joseph, Garth's assistant, has been wonderful too! We are about half way done with the installation process and we are thrilled with what they have accomplished thus far. They did the carpeting and baseboards we had purchased from Home Depot. They were quick, professional and took pride in their work.

We purchased our new carpet for 5 rooms from Home Depot, Romanoff Renovations is their contracted installers. We have had numerous problems with fair improvements. Currently have carpet detached from tack strip in front room which has caused a tripping hazard. We've called asking for help in fixing yet another problem. Empty promises to call for corrections. So disappointing. Home Depot, choose a different installer, it reflects back on you. read more
