I went in to buy some flooring and simply ask if I would see it on sale for less in the next 30 days gave me some smart ass answer about the price of gas. then when I didn't want to give them my name address and telephone number for their system they told me they couldn't sell me anything Bye-bye $3000 sale! UPDATE: they sent me a canned apology when I try to contact corporate headquarters. The phone rings once and goes dead. They obviously do not care about customer service. read more

I purchased some flooring and after a couple months it went bad. They came out to our house, diagnosed and remedied the problem.

Never go near that place. They will sell you a product that they don't have it. After they take your money, the will tell you is going to take two weeks to arrive. That two weeks will turn out to be 4 weeks. Then when the products arrive 2 out of every 10 box are damaged ones. Then they have to reorder and it will take another 4 weeks to get the replacement ones. We ordered porcelain tiles on mid May and we got products on mid July. Then 5 box out of 35 total box were totally damaged. they had to reorder and we got those five on August 28. The contractors they recommend are totally trash and extremely unprofessional. Overall these people are horrible and they will make your life mislabel. It was a BIG mistake doing business with this low life company. Very cheap company. Horrible experience. read more

In our quest for new flooring, I really wasn't impressed with this place. The hubby wants glue down vinyl planks and that didn't seem to thrill the guy who came over to help us. Small selection, so I really don't think it's a very popular product, but we didn't even get a chance to see if they had anything commercial grade. He just showed us the few samples and was gone. Lots of carpet to choose from in the back area, but we didn't stay to look. We'll be doing the whole house with one company. read more

The vinyl plank flooring that we purchased became raised (severe "peaking") and actually bent at the edges. Don't do vinyl plank flooring unless you know it is a good product!!! Now we are waiting from flooring liquidators to see what they will do about this absolutely horrible product that was recommended by them and installed half a year ago. read more

I had already gotten a couple estimates from outer places but Flooring Liquidators was by far the best price! Janet (usually works at the Clovis location) was super helpful! Other places took a week just to come out for a measurement. I went into the Flooring Liquidators store on a Saturday and my floors started getting installed on Wednesday!!! Poor workmanship. Spaces coming out from the baseboards all through out the house. Broke up most of the baseboards removing them, didn't even offer to paint them before reinstalling.. Trashy work. I'm giving 2 stars because not all of this experience has been bad. Went and got samples, no problem, got a handwritten estimate, got entire house measured. Picked product for entire house and still no estimate to finalize this entire home purchase. Called yesterday 8.22.19 my person was out ill. The person who answered stated he would do the estimate. Still no email received! I did received a call today to deliver product. I explained I never got an estimate yet, and that they must have the work order mix up, as my name wasn't who they mentioned. Those folks are waiting on a delivery, and that delivery guy called me. They had my phone number with the other customers purchasing. -Update, Finally got a answer, picked our carpet and flooring then told in the course of waiting for them to be ordered and paid for-they sold out of the floor; I wanted‍ told more will be in if, I could wait to October. Seriously? I started this in early August. I liked the products, the store has good samples. It just seems a bit depersonalize as no call or email telling me before we went to finalize that the material was gone. We simply felt neglected in a matter that is of the upmost importance. They need a better tracking service for potential sales, so people like me aren't left scrambling to finish projects on time. Changing my rating as this time to 3.5 stars but 3 overall. read more

They lied to me when doing an estimate. They overstated the square footage of my kitchen by 20% and then when I asked about it, they refused to show me their diagram. If you come here, measure yourself after they measure. They also weren't the cheapest. So that was another lie. read more

I can't give this company even 1 star. But I couldn't post unless I gave at least 1. I bought a home last year because the owner had redone all the flooring with new laminate and new appliances. I literally had to do nothing to this property. It was turn key. Right as soon as I moved in there was a spot that had glue that kept seeping up through the flooring. Then if that wasn't bad enough. The flooring started coming up in several places in the living room. I contacted Flooring Liquidators because I had the original receipt. I was told by Debra that she would send someone by to look at it to see what they could do. If it was an easy fix they would fix it if not then they would not do anything for me. So I made an appointment to have someone look at it and let me know what could be done. During the appointment the technician told my fiancé that the flooring was glued to the cement that had too much water content in it. I know myself from doing the flooring in my previous home that you need to put down a barrier before the flooring to keep moisture out. After the appointment I called and left a message to see what the outcome was. They called me back and said they wouldn't know until after the weekend and they would call me back Monday. Monday came and went with no call so I called and left a message. With no call back I continued to call and leave messages to please return my call. After weeks with no results I called the sales office to be able to speak to a real person instead of leaving a message. I spoke with Chris the sales manager who was very professional and listened to my issues with the floor as well as no one returning my call. Within minutes I received a call back from Debra who was very rude and yelling at me for even calling! I had her on speaker and everyone in my break room heard how unprofessional and down right rude she is. She actually hung up on me. When I called back to speak with the manager she hung up on me again!! Flooring Liquidators sent me a letter stating that they would not uphold the warranty because I was not the original buyer of the flooring. I can't help but think, because the original owner of the house had the home for sale when the flooring was installed, the work was done sloppy because they new she was selling the house and that would get them out of any warranty. Now I am stuck having to pull all the flooring up and have it redone the right way. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I noticed that all of the good reviews came from new customers... let's see how the feel after a year when the flooring needs to be replaced. read more

IF I HAD THE MONEY, I WOULD HAVE ALL MY NEW FLOORING REPLACED NOW. Terrible job on installation. Put in the wrong grout which made my faux wood tile (medium color) look like bricks on a fireplace. Supposed to match the color grout we picked out. It came out very close to bright white. Many of the tiles had to be re-set as they put in scratched up tiles. Then re-grouted with another color grout than before. So none of it matched. My husband and I had to color over 1,000 feet of tile planks with a new color to get it to look right. I lost all the feeling in my left pinky finger from having to lean on my hand to scrub the stuff in with a toothbrush. What a nightmare. It looks better, but nothing like it was supposed to. They never let me know I could have it laid out in a certain pattern if I wanted. They just put it in without even asking me first. I wanted a random pattern, not brick style pattern. I've waited many years to own my own home so this was and still is a huge disappointment. I suggest going elsewhere unless you can see it laid out on another customers home or business as a sample. They did nothing to rectify the problem. We spent close to $6000 and I hate it. read more

Excellent service from Chris and the crew at the Fresno location. Purchased carpet for our rental on a Friday and needed quick installation so we could get the house on the market. Carpet was installed by Wednesday the next week. The other vendors we checked, Home Depot and Lowes could not even come close the time frame and price we received. After shopping for carpet at one of the big box stores and getting sticker shock, we decided that we would stop at Flooring Liquidators. At first, we noticed their prices seemed significantly lower than the big box store. We narrowed it down to 2 samples and had a representative come out to our home to measure. While there, he wrote up a quote for each carpet which ended up being about the same with the different incentives offered. One of quotes was a bit higher, but came with the top quality carpet and a new recommended vacuum cleaner. We chose that one. The installer did not bring the vacuum cleaner. He said we would have to visit the store to pick it up. So we called and were told that there was a minimum purchase of 500 square feet in order to get the vacuum cleaner. It makes sense, but we failed to see the fine print and so did the representative when he gave us the quote. I took my original estimate to Flooring Liquidators and the manager verified that there was indeed a 500 square foot minimum order. I then showed him the original quote which included the vacuum cleaner and he said, "We back everything that is writing." He then turned around, got my new vacuum cleaner off the shelf, made a copy of my paperwork and I was on my way. Good for you, Flooring Liquidators!!! You stand behind your word. OMG, what a horrible experience. Do not use this vendor for your flooring needs. My wife and I were fooled by them hook, line and sinker. Made promises regarding packages and deals and when it was all done we ended up an ala carte version .when I called to asked as to why it is different than what we discussed in was told no. Unbelievable. Would not haul away old carpet, toilets. I have a huge mess in my yard. My wife was spoken to rudely by the tile vendor and when confronted he denied the conversation. Funny how 5 people listened to him on the car speakers via Bluetooth. We are now having to contract with a reputable flooring vendor to come in and complete this job. WOW! I am completely amazed at how wonderful this company is! We had the works done; ceramic tile in the bathroom, carpeting in the master bedroom, and laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house. It was estimated to take 3 days. The staff at the office was so helpful and polite. The crew that came to do the installation was amazing, fast and ran ahead of schedule. They were finished in 2 days!
