She did not measure me but brought a 2X bra to try on. I am a senior larger woman. It was more like a T Shirt bra. In the end the soft bra was ok. Not complaining about product. Unfortunately, that other store has since closed and I finally needed to look for a new store. I chose Princess Lingerie because it's in Riverbend, which is close to where I live. It's a great location because it's easy to get to, lots of parking, and not a crazy mall or downtown store. The day I went to the store to try on bras, there was only one representative on duty. She was very nice and helpful, but I did have to wait about 10 minutes for her to finish with a previous client. One customer rep seems like not enough in that type of store since every customer needs personal attention. But other than the waiting, my experience was wonderful. I found 4 bras I liked and definitely spent way too much money!
