I bought a product about a month and a half ago. They didn't charge me until a month in. They say three to six business days for shipping. I didn't receive my product at all. After multiple times trying to contact them, they have not responded nor have they sent my product. Essentially, they stole a hundred bucks from me, and then disabled my accounts. I haven't been in this location for a hot minute due to low stock. I stopped in recently and noticed something, it looked as if the store was closing! Very little stock. When I asked the lady about that she told me it's supply issues, then I noticed my favorite staff member was gone and I was only told she's no longer with the company, very sad day. I left with nothing and went to a different store and to my surprise they were fully stocked of the same items I was looking for at this location. Very odd and fishy. Well, it sucks but I had to reduce the stars for this review. Even though I had great service by the cashier who works there, and the revamp of the store itself is beautiful, I was a little put off by the flat out refusal to accept the discount offered by Yelp when you check into Hush. I didn't have a problem the last time I was there. This time? Yes. Flat out said "I don't know how to do that" and didn't give it another thought. Proper customer service would have been to offer to see if they could figure it out but nope. Just flat out refusal. $10 savings is $10 savings.... especially when items there are quite expensive. Finally, Edmonton has a clean, well-kept adult store in a nice(r) part of town. Just off Argylle, this "megastore" is host to a massive collection of videos, magazines, and toys. Plus there's a ton of bachelorette type items. (Not really my taste, but it's cool that they have so much to choose from.) Around Halloween (and even other times of the year), there's lots of costumes available, too. The other reviews are right that this store is way better than a lot of other adult stores in the city. This is your one stop mega shop for anything and everything related to adult toys,lotions,bondage,lingerie,etc. It looks small from the outside but once you get in the size of the place and the amount of stock they have is just mind blowing. It's a very clean and bright store so you don't have to have that seedy feeling some people get when walking into one of these places. The staff are friendly and well informed on what they sell but they aren't going to be pushy or in your face if you answer "just looking". They do have some mannequins displayed around the store to give you an idea how certain pieces of clothing or products are going to look when worn which I think is helpful. AGREED! I went in here today (valentines day is 3 days away!) with one of my girlfriends and we were both amazed as to how big this store is! I am so used to being in adult stores that are teeny tiny, but this one is spacious and has a ton of stuff in stock. They have a ton of toys, massage oils, DVDs and Blurays, condoms etc. There is also a great selection of lingerie and dress up gear. They have shoes, boots (that look like they could reach my thighs) and underwear. The ladies here were also very helpful. I usually feel a little awkward going into these stores, and I usually find that the staff feel awkward working there, but the staff here seemed very happy and comfortable and were very knowledgeable. I heard about their Christmas special on 102.3 Now radio. It is a really big store with lots of lighting so you don't have that creepy store feeling. The ladies were very nice and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the products and explained or demonstrated what certain items were for. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. There is a large selection of items and the staff were helpful in choosing certain items based on their experience and those of their customers. Awesome! Not dingy and scary like some other adult stores. It is big but some Source Adults are much bigger especially the movie selection. The toys they have are so much fun! I always want to leave with something new to try, and the selection of lube is vast and it caters to both men and women. Sometimes they have the cutest little sets of underwear and matching nightie tops and they even have cute, fun adult costumes for Halloween! Buyer Beware! This company does NOT stand behind its products!!! We purchased a Lovense Lush 2 twice from Hush Canada online. The first time we bought one I had sent an email to the company to see if there were any specials coming up as I had received a large discount offer the previous year. I didn't hear back on that so I had sent another email after seeing a 10% discount offer just for signing up for an account but was not able to get it during the check out. They did respond to this email and gave me a 10% discount coupon code so I just purchased it with that code. They were quick to ship it out and when we got it the product worked as advertised. Shortly after we received it I got a promo email for about $50 off which would have been perfect for the order. I sent them an email asking if they could refund the difference of the 10% that I got and the $50 promo they offered - they said no but gave me a promo code for $50 off my NEXT purchase. While I was not overly happy with that solution I accepted it. About 2 weeks later we decided to take up their offer and get a 2nd Lush 2 (same one so we could have a his and a hers). I wasn't able to find the Lush 2 on the website through the search feature but had a link to it from the last order so put it in my cart that way. The promo code worked and they shipped it out really quickly again. The day we received it I charged it up and tested it after a full charge. Unfortunately this Lush 2 made a louder higher pitch sound on the lower setting which took away from one of the main selling features that it can be discretely used. I contacted Hush at the main email address and after a couple of days they got back to me stating that I had to deal with the manufacturer for warranty claim - WTF??? Really? They sent me a defective unit and now they are passing me off to someone else to get what I ordered from them? I sent a reply stating that I didn't want to go that route as I just want to exchange it for one that was working as ordered. They replied stating that they could only help me by sending me a copy of the receipt (which I already had). They also provided a link to the manufacturer which said to follow the steps on the manufacturer's website; however there were no steps listed on the website, just a contact form. So I submitted the contact form and got an email from China 2 days later stating that I needed to send a video of the defect. I complied and they replied about 2 days later stating that I was required to mail the unit to China (at MY cost) and they would cut it open and send me a replacement if it was defective. They also said to ship it out via the cheapest method (not a courier) which is the least reliable method out there. So at this point I have spent numerous days jumping through hoops and now have to shell out more money and time to package and ship this thing out with no guarantees that this will get lost/delayed and even if it does get there there is no telling how long it will take and possibly not even get a replacement. Not willing to take this chance, I took the Lush 2 into this Hush Canada store to try to get an exchange. The girl at the counter said "there is nothing that I can do. I am just at the bottom. We are just a small store. We have to send all customers to the manufacturer for warranties and exchanges on all products". She was the only person in the store and I could tell that there was no way that Hush Canada would help me get what I ordered from them. I will NEVER buy from Hush Canada again. They do NOT stand behind what they sell. Based on the other reviews, they may have great pre-sale support, so I may still go there for pre-sale questions and then buy from another online company that will ensure their customers get what they order or make it right. read more

Price Gouging!!!! This place sells the Hitachi Magic Wand for $99.00. This is $ 46.00 more than it can be bought online in Canada...and delivered for free. Also the staff are noooo help. Store is well organized with a very wide selection, however VERY expensive and for the most part overpriced. Bought a remote controlled vibrator for almost 200 and the toy was of poor quality and a range of 24 inches.....what the point of having a remote control if you practically have to go under your ladies dress and turn it on ??? I was in the store on Saturday October 22 and I am truly disappointed. Did you guys forget what customer service really is? Seriously, I walked in and got a half smile not even so much as a hello or how are you today. I go over to the stocking and lingerie I browse a bit, she still has made no effort to acknowledge my existence let alone offer to help me locate a size. I regroup with my partner and we look at the higher end toys trying to figure out how some work we eventually just gave up and decided to get the stockings and leave. She asked if we found what we were looking for we did but would have been willing to spend more if the associate put in the effort. Wow! i was skeptical when reading the other great reviews here, but after my visit yesterday it's clear that they are well deserved. I'm not one to frequent adult stores, in fact I've been in such a store only twice before (Source Adult) and found it dingy, trashy and unpleasant. I barely wanted to go near the employees, much less ask them any questions. I felt ashamed just to be in that store, so i was pleasantly surprised to say the least when I walked into Hush. The store is bright, clean, and attractive with good displays and a nice layout. It doesn't feel trashy or dirty in the slightest, and this pleasant environment made me feel immediately comfortable and at ease, the exact opposite of the way i felt in Source. But for me, the best part of the experience was the customer service i received. I was greeted immediately and offered assistance, which i declined because i was still in "awkward mode" just from the anticipation of walking into an adult store. The salesperson suggested i browse on my own and contact them when i needed help, which I did. It became immediately clear to me that I didn't know anything about what i had come to look for (an item my girlfriend suggested i get for us to try) so I asked the salesperson for assistance and sheepishly explained my situation. They were very helpful, and i don't know if they've been trained to do this or not, but they somehow managed to take all the awkwardness out of the situation. I couldn't help marvelling in it even as we were talking, because it felt like we could have been discussing the features and specs of television sets, or power tools. I don't know enough about adult store merchandise to comment on whether or not there's is reasonably priced, but thanks to the quality of the experience i really don't care.
