This might end up half store review half staff review but I just need to know the right people will see this I've been a romantix customer for quite some time now at both of the locations here in DSM but over the last year I have found myself coming into this location a lot more than the other this location has larger variety then other store does in my personal opinion the staff especially Natalie in particular are always very kind and very helpful she does such a good job at answering questions in mindful but honest manner and always goes above and beyond to make sure the store is super clean and organized and smelling very good and that everyone has a pleasant experience while theyre shopping even on the hard days I will continue to be choosing this location due to her efforts and the overall better atmosphere this location has to offer read more

I usually don't post these reviews however after my visit to Romantix today I feel like I should. For starters, the store was busier than expected. However- the employee on staff (Natalie, real sweet gal) was handling everything so graciously. She helped everyone with their questions and helped them find exactly what they were looking for. She was so polite to everyone even with the customers that were short and rude with her. The store overall was very clean and well put together. I was able to find the product I was looking for, and then some, easily. I will certainly be coming back to this establishment. To Natalie - Keep up the good work. I spoke to Natalie and she was amazing with answering my questions I had! (Not going into detail on here) She had wonderful customer service skills, was well spoken, kind, sweet, and polite. She made me feel very comfortable. She made me feel as if I was talking to a girl friend on the phone. She checked if items were in stock and gave me the prices I needed which are very reasonable. I had an amazing day time experience in the arcade! The staff gave me the routine/etiquette and times for the best action and in I went!
