I talked with the florist and the bouquet they sent exceeded my wildest expectations -- absolutely beautiful, a fresh and creative arrangement. I did call the nurses station to confirm that the flowers had arrived, and the nurses, who see bouquets all the time as part of their job, remembered these flowers and immediately knew that they had been delivered and volunteered that the flowers were "gorgeous."

I'm sure a lot of places would have been reluctant to manage the responsibility of this hunk of crystal. Also it was a bit of an odd size. Anyway, Abe gave me lots of time to write my card with a chair. We discussed the intention of floral arrangement. We agreed on a price which wasn't cheap, but neither was what I wanted. Absolute perfection! Very glamorous and he had it over to its recipient within a few hours. It exceeds my expectations. Otherwise, the shop of course smells amazing. When I called with questions they were very responsive and knowledgeable. One time I had a problem with a delivery where the recipient was not at home and didn't receive the flowers. I called up and spoke to the owner. Without any debate he immediately offered to redeliver the flowers at his own cost to make sure things were right.
