This is the first time I going to a chiropractor. I went in because I had a stiff neck and the pain was going all the way down to my shoulder blade. I called and luckily they had openings. Dr. Romero and staff were very welcoming. I Came in like a zombie and walked out being able to move a little more. Dr. Romero aligned me. I was scared but I felt like I was in great hands. Don't come to this office! Romero Chiropractic office is a nightmare. When seeing the chiropractor, they didn't listen to my concerns and just started manipulating my jaw without any explanation. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and didn't receive any relief from my pain. The worst part was the pain I received after my treatment! After I expressed my discomfort, they brushed it off and refused to take responsibility. In fact, their suggestion was for me to seek alternative treatment as they were unable to help. I suffered a pretty bad fall while walking my dog and landed head first, full force, on the cement walkway. My general practitioner prescribed ibuprofen 800 and muscle relaxers. I was in a fog for two weeks with constant pain and headaches. After two weeks of medication and no real relief, I visited Dr. Romero's office and she and her staff worked wonders. Through massage, ultrasound therapy, and realignment of my spine, I felt so much relief that same evening! I have had follow-up visits twice a week and continue improving daily. I am so happy I made the decision to finally visit a chiropractor and very please that my first experience was here with Dr. Gloria Romero and her staff. The office is very clean and there is plenty of parking in the back. I came here because I wanted an office near my work and close to freeways. I've been having consistent lower-back, shoulder, back and foot pain. Dr. Romero vas very comforting and explained the entire process and therapy she was going to use to address my pains. Dr. Gloria Romero's Office is professional, courteous and willing to listen to your needs and provide a very good service. The course of treatment is above most chiropractic office treatments. The treatment included therapy such as heat applied to area of pain, ultra sound and spinal adjustments. My experiences at some of the other offices locally, only did adjustments and sent you on your way. When you leave the office you know you've had some therapy which, for me is the difference between the other offices. The staff is professional and they were quick to find my insurance information and policy.
