That was not the case here. From the very first day, Dr. Wigboldy conducted an extremely thorough evaluation. She took the time to understand my condition in detail, performed the necessary treatment, and clearly explained both the cause of my problem and the plan to resolve it. At the time, my condition was quite severe--my shoulder pain was intense enough to wake me up several times during the night. After nearly two months of treatment, I am very pleased to say that the pain is completely gone. The entire staff is highly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They make you feel welcome and confident that you are in capable hands. Kim and Keyla, in particular, stand out for their dedication and the quality of care they provide. She did a great job explaining the 'why' behind different pains I might have been experiencing. I had a massage with Rosalinda as well, which was wonderful. I emphasized my areas that felt more tense or painful (after going through two car accidents) and she really did help loosen me up. I don't know much about massage types but she gave recommendations for specific ones that she thinks I'd benefit from and I found that really helpful.
