The hotel where they place is you is very nice and I felt secure at all times. The hospital was exceptional and the medical staff provided way better treatment than a lot of the hospitals in the States. The Dr's bedside manner is beyond any I've ever had. Been coming down to Odontomedik for over 10 years. The last time I went they examined my teeth…read moregave me a quote and then it ended up costing around 7 or 8 hundred more than the quote. Ok I went with it. Well this last time, takes the cake, I had two crowns fall off, yes one was 2 months ago and I was busy with work and health and I could not get down there, then the second one fell out two weeks ago, the filling in the tooth fell out at the same time. I figured that I would be offered a free cleaning for being inconvenienced and having to come an hour and 1/2 down there to get it done. I had no condolence, but they wanted to charge me 120 for the work, when I refused they said to pay them for the Uber pick up, I again said no. I have never been treated like this before and am blown away. They have always picked me up at the border when I walk in and they did not even pay or offer to take me to the border at the end. In conclusion I am done with them, after the thousands I have spent over the years I expected to be treated better, may the the Lord judge between us. Thank you Jesus that you see all.

Within the three months I had a pet scan in San Diego and there was no cancer activity. I had another pet scan ordered by my oncologist in California 3 months later to confirm and no cancer activity. I thank God he put that hospital in my path. It's been almost 2 years I feel great and full of gratitude. I know I have to do my part to stay healthy and this hospital also educates how to eat well, to reduce stress, to rest, etc... The Dr was amazing, Food was great as well and all the people employed there were very kind and compassionate.

The MD had horrible bedside manner. They make you wait outside locked fence for 15 minutes I'm sure they CAN cure cancer in 3 weeks, but so does ITC with incredibly friendly people. I could not bring myself to consider Oasis of Hope. I am now an outpatient at ITC and the people are even friendlier than ever. ITC has many more modalities of treatment for whatever that's worth. I say JUST MAINLINE THAT B17! And may big Parma and FTC go straight to hell where they came from.

I found this Treatment Center online and was very scared to call; mostly because I wanted to help save my son from Opioid addiction so much that I was ready to believe anything I was told. From the get-go when Josh answered the call he made me feel comfortable and answered ALL my questions. He understood this was going to be a process and made himself available for any ongoing questions I would have or my son would have. He responded to all of my texts and calls without hesitation. The intake process was very discreet. Normally they pick up patients at the airport and drive them into Tijuana/ Rosarito; but we decided to drive my son all the way there to see the clinic with our own eyes. Aeden and the staff were extremely welcoming and had no problems inviting us in. I don't think it's very common to have families take their patient all the way there; but they never made us feel uncomfortable. Once there Aeden explained the reason the intake process is so discreet; it makes sense. They were very respectful of my son's addiction and never made him feel judged. Aeden took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns while at the same time making my son feel welcomed and (more importantly) understood. We later met Dr Casillas who (again) explained the process. The doc gave our son a full medical review to make sure the treatment was safe for him. The clinic administrator (Valeria) is super nice and was very respectful when it came to handling the payment for the treatment. We even met their doggo- Pancho! The treatment center/ house is very clean and comfortable. They have a full time chef that makes the patients anything they want! They have a large TV with Netflix and even an Xbox. They gave us the WiFi password within the first few minutes. They'll feel right at home while they're there. The view of the ocean is amazing. The beach isn't really accessible but they are a few hundred yards away- so the beach breeze and smell is always enjoyed. They have a heated spa and a sauna room available. We nervously left our son in their hands; but we felt a lot more confident about the center, staff and treatment. Our son stayed for one week (7 days). They housed him, fed him, treated him and cured his addiction pains & withdrawals! My son was allowed a phone so he was always a phone call, text or FaceTime away. They kept us in the loop at all times too. Aeden texted me before, during and after his treatment. By the end of the week my son only spoke praises of Aeden and the entire nursing staff. You could immediately notice that he was transformed by this experience. My son even told me with a huge smile, "It worked!!" He now has a REAL chance at getting his life back and beating his addiction permanently with ongoing behavioral therapy. Experience Ibogaine is the real deal! They genuinely care about their patients. Compared to other places I researched- they are the most affordable. Josh, Aeden, Valeria and the entire staff are great people. Estoy muy triste y decepcionada ya que eso no fue lo que yo quería y me encantaba mi lunar. Patricia me hubiera preguntado o me hubiera enseñado con un espejo. No recomiendo este lugar para nada. Do not come here. I went in for a facial and to get skin tags removed and Patricia ended up removing my beautiful birthmark below my eye that I had learned to love. I'm so disappointed and heart broken. DO NOT COME HERE.
