Called the first one and it said the voicemail box was full, okay cool, moved on. Called the second number, someone picked up and said "Hi how can I help you?" I got 3 words out before he cut me off and said "Calling back to back isn't going to get what you want, have a great day" and hung up in my face. Called again because I thought maybe it was a mistake, because I clearly didn't call the same number twice until just now. He picked up again and told me "I understand you need something but I'm working under a car and it's dangerous, I'll call you back when I have a chance" then hung up again. Never will reach out to this company again because literally nobody told you to answer the phone and have an attitude. Or maybe provide another number to call that doesn't direct them all to one person. If I could rate 0 stars just for that interaction, I would.
