Over the following 3 weeks I had left 4 messages for a return phone call about my refund (I had paid for the rental up front on-line). I left one message for "accounting", one message for a manager and I had left 2 messages with the very unhelpful man who answers the phones who refused to give me any of the managers information or put me through to him. I still have not received my refund and have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a claim with my bank for a fraudulent charge. Worst. Rental Company. Ever. I also think it's funny that there are one or two review websites giving Ausby 5+ stars however there is nowhere on the page to write your own review to state otherwise. Weird.

The letter from Enterprise had no contact information other than "Customer Service" at the bottom and a local Tulsa return address on the envelope. I physically went to the address. There is no one you can speak to directly at Enterprise Customer Service but I was provided with a phone number. Prior to contacting Enterprise about this matter I contacted the police department that Enterprise stating had issue the ticket supplying the date and time of said ticket. The Officer I spoke with assured me they had no ticket on record. In this case I have been told the charges were refunded (no documentation of the fact as yet). When I was given the excuse this was probably mis-entered data I presented the question how a parking ticket never issued to any car happened to be paid by Enterprise then charged to my card? It seems this is manufactured data not mis-entered. My concern is for other customers of Enterprise that experienced similar charges and either don't catch them or because no contact information is provided with the notice of charges, have no way to dispute the charges.

We picked it up around 2pm and returned it a week later around 5pm and unfortunately this charged us an extra day without any notice. That would be my only complaint so if you rent from Avis, make sure you take the time serious and return it a little early. The customer service was good and the vehicles were nice and at a good price. Would definitely rent from them again.

Why does this matter? Because they dont take care of them. Never rented from this location that there wasn't something. Last time, it was that they didn't replace the tires on an suv, (definitely check the tires) and had a blowout. Not a fluke, just thousands of miles past their service life. Scary, but typical. But if you must book here, like me, do so very far in advance, because they don't have enough cars for the location.

Some of the others in town are $15 and above so I thought I found a good bargain. Also for this being a newly built carwash I thought the price was resonable. So to the attendants. The two on duty when I came through did an excellent job on the windshield and side windows. They were out to find the dirty spots and get them cleaned up. I was rather impressed with their dedication. Overall my car came out pretty darn clean and I am satisfied. After going through the jet engines for dryers I hit up the free vacuums offered. For a small automatic in East Tulsa this is a great find. I will be back.
