The BEST experience I've ever had for a birthday party! Just recently had my daughters 1st birthday party and we didn't have to do much ! The ladies entertained the kids, cleaned up for us, only thing we had to bring was food. I recommend x100!! This is a fun place for kids and the adults had a lot of fun too!! Definitely will be returning for a regular class! Thanks so much ! Go check them out

I took my 2 year old for open play, and we had a great time! I loved all the different large motor activities and how clean it felt. I felt the cost was very reasonable and really appreciated that the staff member asked us to sanitize our hands before entering. She was super helpful and friendly too. We haven't yet been able to attend a class yet, which is my largest complaint, simply because we only can attend classes on Thursday, and it seems to have been the same schedule every Thursday. Hopefully it will be switched up next month and we can attend! The descriptions sound so great! The only other thing is that a child this age would need to be well supervised during open play because there are a few things geared towards older kids and there's no separation between age groups. We will be back for sure!

Interesting experience as I am writing this right now in their facility:…read more This is a fun place for the kids to come. This is my second time bringing my kids. We got checked in and my two girls ran up and started playing. My son and I straggled behind a few moments. Before reaching the trampolines, one of the employees stopped us and said my son cannot wear the socks he was wearing. He was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Sock (the competition). I asked why he couldn't wear those socks since they were in compliance with what was required in their facility (grip bottom socks). The employee said they were "Galaxy Socks" and that it's policy. After a moment of awkwardness, they gave my son some other socks at no charge. After walking past them, I looked at my two daughters and one was wearing Urban Air Socks and the other was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Socks. They were never stopped and told to change socks. As I'm sitting here writing this review (I was going to give them a 3-Star review for the awkward interaction and inconsistent experience) the same employee kindly just walked up to me and handed me two pairs of socks for my girls. I smiled at him and thanked him. All in all, I appreciate the consistent effort. They were kind about it. I'll be back, again.

Update: As someone who values local businesses, I am saddened that my relationship with this venue…read morehas ended this way. I did everything 'right' by buying my season tickets the first day of subscriber pre-sales (September 9th) and selecting a specific seat for my needs. Only to show up for my performance to learn that my seat had been changed. Instead of enjoying a performance of my favorite show, I was forced into a position that shouldn't have happened. There has been a complete lack of transparency or any communication from the venue, from my seat being changed in January 2026 without my knowledge, to another refund I received 'out of the blue' that I had already attended. Was this unexpected refund for a past show an attempt to cover the taxes and fees they withheld from the first refund? Or was it an attempt to avoid apologizing for the original error? Over the years, I shared 157 photos and many reviews to support this venue's growth. I have removed most of these photos. I will leave the documentation of my seating error. I also organized group outings to the venue, which led others to purchase tickets. One person's voice matters. I hope my experience ensures that future subscribers are treated with the respect that their loyalty deserves, rather than being treated as a single seat that can be moved to accommodate a more lucrative sale. Update: Management stepped up and provided me with a full refund for the season, including the performances I've seen, excluding taxes and fees. This was after the box office called me a liar and unkind, not in the spirit of the show. Kindness starts with respecting your customers and believing them when they have the evidence in hand, with the paper-timed-stamp ticket. I have uploaded photos showing my original September 9, 2025, purchase date and the handwritten seat change forced upon me at check-in as proof." Then, with the Ludus system, they likely know who moved my season seat to sell two seats together. "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time." Theatre Raleigh does not seem to respect its season ticket holders or donors. When I select a seat with my season ticket package, that is the seat I expect to sit in for the show. I specifically chose aisle seats as my preference, and the extra room helps with my knee injury. So I was upset when I arrived at a performance and was told my seat had been moved. Usually, it has been from a changed seating chart, but in my last performance, the actual seat number was changed. The aisle seat I had purchased on the first day of season-ticket sales was occupied by another patron. It appears that someone at the box office chose to relocate my seat so that two seats were available for sale together when individual tickets went on sale in January. So this tells me that they do not value season ticket holders and are more concerned about another sale. This was the final straw for me, and I cannot recommend this theatre to others. It feels like a slap in the face as a donor to be treated with such disdain. Granted, I am a low-level donor. When I complained at the show that my seat, purchased in September 2025, had been moved from the aisle, I was told the show was sold out. No, that is not acceptable. I will support and donate to other performing arts organizations that better value and recognize their patrons, and walk away from those that treat me like a transaction. I can no longer donate to an organization that prioritizes last-minute sales over the explicit seat selections of its long-term supporters.

Absolutely everything we have seen here is outstanding. To say that Lauren Kennedy knows how to run a Theater and bring theater lovers what they want is an understatement. All in all good well kept, clean and good in shape apparatuses. Little to no wait in most areas [minus basketball which could get tied up with a group game]. There is also a small arcade area if you need a breakaway from the bouncing action. Just know that is a separate cost from your original timed wristband given when entering for you bouncing session. Outside of that there is a small beverage concession to get water or a frozen Icee drink and lockers to put valuables [keys, wallets, phones and shoes]. All in all an amazing time where I'd consider going back with or without the kiddos, maybe for a date night with the Mr. ;)

I wanted to bring my nephew for a fun day out and it's been years since I've been to a chuck e cheese. When we first walk in, the greeter Tanner was warm and welcoming and told us about their monthly pass. He explained every benefit. It was as definitely the way to go! He directed us to the cashier who was also soooo kind and so helpful! She helped us sign up. We got 250 game credits with our monthly pass and 3 hours later, we've only been able to use half! I didn't realize every game here is only 1 credit! I will say, MOST of the games work. There were 3 with errors. That's out of 50 games. I mean even Dave and busters has more machine down. They easily credited us back for the credits lost. No questions asked. I believe the manager, older gentleman with glasses. Incredibly kind and personable. Working just as hard as everyone else. I've seen this man everywhere in the last 3 hours. That's the type of leadership that makes a store great. I am really impressed by this place. Although we can use the monthly pass anywhere; I'll definitely be using it here. Oh! One last thing, the pass gives 50% off of purchases, so we got a whole pizza and 2 drinks for $14. Can't beat that. As far as the ambiance, it's a kids arcade.

Once I went back to school, my daughter and her husband started taking her at night since I live out of town. Her night class has gotten huge and the parents do not control their children. We decided it is best to stop going to Little Gym.The price we pay is expensive and I feel like she is going to get hurt. My granddaughter loves going but her class has just gotten out of control.
