DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE. We visited this center recently and had a very concerning experience. When we walked in, the environment felt dark and poorly supervised. At one point, a child became physically aggressive toward another child, and there was no intervention from staff or care for the little boy balling on the floor. There was also a child loudly expressing distress ("I hate this place") and acting out, again without clear redirection or support from teachers. As a parent, what stood out most was the lack of active engagement and supervision. It did not feel like a structured or safe environment for young children. Kids running wild and unsupervised. We ultimately decided this was not the right place for our family, and I would strongly encourage other parents to do a thorough visit and observe closely before even considering it as an option. read more

Put the wrong tag on my child and then refused to believe I was her parent when I picked her up. Finally figured out who we were and then reprimanded my daughter for a mistake AN ADULT made. Highly unprofessional and potentially dangerous to mislabel children. read more

What a great place for children to meet and make friends while parents go on a date night or just run errands in peace! The staff is very friendly and is always looking out for the children making sure everyone is safe! My kids absolutely love this place! You also don't have to pay a monthly fee, hence the DROP-IN! You can drop your kids off for an hour or more, you choose!!! The only downfall is, it's hard to get them to leave! Listen, I love my kids more than anything in this world but let's be real here, everyone deserves a break, be it five hours or even just one! My son really enjoyed his time here! He is a social butterfly so it doesn't take much. I purchased a 10 hr package to use over 2 days. I was able to order lunch both days very easily. My son did complain about not finishing his fruit that came with his chicken nuggets on the first day but the staff there didn't know anything about it...maybe folks changed shifts. It is a bummer not to get a full report or understanding for what your child is trying to communicate. I'm somewhat of a stickler for masks but did notice some kids (including my own) wore masks under their chin or didn't have them on at all. His disposable masks was thrown away after he ate lunch. When I picked him up I had more errands to run so they gave us another disposable kid mask. I loved the fact this drop in care had cameras available HOWEVER, it didn't work for me either days! So if this is your deciding factor make sure to visit, get the password for that day, and test out the link before purchasing your hours. read more

When we picked our kids up, our youngest had a giant scratch on his neck, from a kid choking him. When we asked the worker about it, it was her son, and she made excuses why we weren't notified and the child wasn't disciplined. We will not be going back. read more

So awesome having the ability to drop the kids off in a pinch! Super easy and great facility. Left my kids there 3 hours. I wish they had perhaps a few more things to do. They have a nice climber thing in there and video games but maybe I just didn't see them but legos building center would be nice, board games and perhaps art station? Son just played video games the whole time while my other kid at least played on the playground. Kids are 7&3. I also wish they would check ID when a kid was picked up. read more

I won't ever bring my son back. I wasn't given the opportunity to tour or see where my son would be for the day (even though I called in advance), he didn't nap while he was there, and he had a poppy diaper when he was picked up and a developing rash! Might be okay for older kids, but definitely not good for the younger ones. read more

This place is wonderful, and I wish there was more of them. From needing to drop off my 3 year old to attend a doctors appointment, chaperone a field trip or even go to a hair appointment, Giggles has worked out well. My kids love it there too! read more

I like Giggles and so does my child. This is his second or third time coming to this location and I just found out about the one free hour if you sign in thru Yelp. Unfortunately, I can't use it because it's not his first time. I think it's shady that someone has to go look for a discount when they should just let you know. We've used giggles 3 times now! The staff is so friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. They remember you and my son loves it!! Tonight my son wasn't being the best, and they had to call us. I as a mother appreciate the phone call because there are similar places / schools that cannot remember specific details as to what happened. This staff does!! Love the staff and the atmosphere, they took care of my child. He puked 3 times and they called to notify me but my son has a gag reflex especially when crying alot and after he pukes he cries more. Took him awhile to adjust and he looked happy playing as I watched him when I came to pick up. This place is very convenient for us to use. The whole drop in aspect is nice but a little pricey. But when you need a babysitter for a doctors appointment or date night very easy. Both children aged 4 and 8 have a good time away from us when we have date night. They have a separate area for kids of elementary age With Wii's and tv's. Whats nice are the package's of "hours" you can pre purchase. You don't have to pay a weekly fee or yearly enrollment fee's. For us we have no family in the area and finding a trustworthy babysitter is so difficult. You can purchase lunch or dinner or bring food for them. We have used Giggles for over two years now with never a problem. read more

I have two children 4 and 6 and both of them LOVE Giggles. We have done other drop-in places in the past and the kids have never been so excited to be dropped off before. I love that the doors are locked from the inside and require a staff member to open them for you and I was very pleased when I went to pick up my kids and was asked for my ID. (I had dropped them off when other staff were present and the new staff person wanted to make sure it really was me even though my kids were chanting 'mommy') The place is very clean and expertly staffed. My kids spend hours talking about playing on the 'roller coasters' and slides. We are super happy to drop our kids off here and they are happy to be here! read more

My family Loves Giggles. The staff is helpful, kind and attentive. My kids love the themes and play activities always set up. I feel like giggles management goes above and beyond normal daycare fun. This was our first visit and it was great. My son was disappointed when I arrived to pick him up. He immediately asked me if I could bring him back later the same day. First time here, my daughter was 18 months. She loved it, and the staff were very nice. They allowed me to come in and play with her for a bit to get her comfortable, and mostly myself too. I had never left her with anyone besides my husband, so that was a nice introduction. They were also super busy because I brought her during the last week of summer break, but again, the staff were super cool about it. I brought her back a month later in the evening so my husband and I could go on a date and it was much slower. Again, she had a great time, and the staff were wonderful. The only complaint I'd have is that the camera you are supposed to be able to check in on them with, was down both times. read more

Only been here once so far. Bought the groupon because so many ladies in the Cary/Apex Moms facebook group highly recommended the place. However, my 2 yr old son was not happy when I picked him up because of a 4 or 5 yr old girl pushing other children down. She pushed my son down and also pushed a boy who is older and taller than her. He was crying. I will try again, since I have some hours to use up and will update my review. If that girl is there, I'll warn employees. read more

We love Giggles! My son always looks forward to going and their theme nights are awesome! They have been life savers so many times when we needed childcare! I am so impressed with Giggles. The owners & staff are amazing with kids, and you can tell they love their job. My super-attached-to-Mommy daughter (age 22 months) did great there - and this is a first, as I've tried other childcare options in the past few months without success. Some things that I really love about this particular facility: - Secure - doors are locked unless an employee manually unlocks the door - Webcam - there is a smartphone app where you can log-in and watch (and listen) to your child. The app is secure in that you need a password to log in, and it's a different password each day. I was able to watch/listen to my child fussing initially at drop-off, but within a few minutes, saw that she was happily playing - which allowed me to relax & run some errands (without worrying if she was still crying, if I was going to receive a call to get her, etc.) - Clean & organized Also, the prices are really fair. It is actually cheaper than having a sitter at my house, but I know I can check in via the web app to see how my child is doing, & she's having fun playing with the toys & trained staff. I have several friends who are also really happy here, which is good to know as well. We'll definitely be back! read more

Better than ANY other drop in daycare in the area. My 2.5 year old loves going here.

My 5-year-old grandson came to town for a visit and on a couple of those days I needed about 4 hours of childcare. His first day at Giggles he was playing basketball and 2 older boys got very aggressive and tried to take the ball from him. My grandson sustained deep scratches on his face and neck. The lady called me from the center and told me as soon as it happened. When I arrived I was shocked at how much worse the scratches were than I'd envisioned. The skin had been broken, like he'd been clawed by a cat. It looked like he'd been bullied. Still he said the place was fun so I took him back the second day with no issues. They provide lunch for a fee which is nice. And they have a camera feed you can stream but it's only aimed at the front play area. You can't see the side rooms. All in all I'm going to give it 3 stars. They never offered me any sort of refund or compensation for the day my grandson was hurt. read more

Worst place I have seen ever for my baby.. my baby got injured twice on her face and no one know how that happened... Not recommended!
