Brought our 3 year old. Line was not long, arrived 20 Minutes after they opened. Lots of things for a toddler to do. Did not know we had to use their socks and could not use another trampoline venues socks so had to purchase those. Overall, great experience and place was clean. All the staff was very friendly!

    Broken down.

Big Air is now more like Big Joke. Sadly, what a year ago was the most fun place to climb, jump, bounce, swing and more is now a broken down dump with mediocre staff providing nothing resembling the customer service that was once known here. Sunday, advertised as closing at 7pm, but in reality the snack bar closed at 6pm, the attractions that were not broken all started closing at 6:30pm and everything but the trampolines were closed down by 6:45pm. Even the bathrooms were blocked off before 7pm so little kids were left to soil themselves. None of this was communicated in advance. Buyer beware and definitely avoid going anytime at first opening or within an hour of closing.

This place is fun! I love how open it is. There is something here for everyone and kids of all ages can enjoy their time here. They have wall climbing, dodge ball, knocked out game and more. The prices are slightly expensive but aren't everything these days. Plenty of parking and the employees are nice and attentive.

I love bringing my now 22 months old son to Big air; we absolutely LOVE it here! He is FREE under 2 years old! There is SO much for him to do here. We usually start at Lil ninja (6 yo and under suspended play structure). There is so much to do inside all of the levels of lil ninja, he loves climbing through all of the mazes, sliding down the slides, and spinning on the spinners! After lil ninja, we jump on the trampolines, dodgeball area, and foam cube pit. There are a lot of activities for kids of ALL ages, I am just reviewing the toddler areas. We usually spend 1-1.5hrs here, and I try to bring him here at least once per week. The bathrooms are clean and have changing tables. There is a food court to have a snack and drink as well.

Took our grandchildren to Big Air Trampoline Park. Staff was very professional and friendly from start to finish. We purchased our tickets through Groupon. The ate two differences between ordering through Groupon and through their website other than the cost. First, you can't reserve a time through Groupon. You just have to walk-in but we had no problem getting in. Secondly, is you can't pay for your socks through Groupon so you have to do a seperate transaction for those when you arrive. There is a height limit for a few of the areas. They also do birthday parties. The restrooms were clean. They also have a food counter but I can't speak to that because we did not purchase food or drink while we were there. We will definitely be going back!

Took my granddaughter to a birthday party here. The kids had a blast. I liked this place over some more chaotic trampoline places as it is set up a bit more spread out. Will definitely give the kiddos great indoor cardio workout! And they will leave tired and that is a ok!

Lack of staffing makes it a really unpleasant experience sometimes. For the amount they charge they could employ a couple more people.

Nice place to bring the kids. I've only been there twice. But I see how much the kids enjoy themselves there. And some adults.

Committed to going based on its proximity to my home. Upon entry I was immediately pleased about how clean it looked and smelled. Most indoor playgrounds smell like feet. I observed employees cleaning the play area an equipment multiple times and we were only there for an hour. The space and planet theme was ever present in the play space. From space ships, to rockets, glow lights, and others images, my son enjoyed it. There was an area carved out for smaller toddlers and the rest was for kids no older than 8-10. It's freezing in there so parents or observers, be prepared. There's no concession stand like most places, but there are multiple vending machines. There is space to host Birthday parties and I imagine that they allow outside food since they don't serve any. Entry fee was comparable to similar facilities, but the fact that the place was so clean. Made it worth it. The membership price was higher than most, but I think I'm going to pay it simply because of how clean it is and close it is to my home. My son enjoyed his time here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and alert to the happenings in the play space. I'll probably host a future Birthday party in this space. The space is ideal for younger kids. Take the tweens and teens to the feet smell filled places!

I can't say this often for indoor playgrounds (as they are typically overstimulating and smell like…read morefeet) but I'm elated to write this review today about Hyper Kidz in Durham, NC. Our experience was top notch. The prices are extremely affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks and they also offer a military discount on top of that. The soft play was executed well. We've been to several play places around the US to include Urban Air, Get Air, Jump Sky High (all trampoline parks) and Kids Empire type places and this one was the best out of all of them. The availability of separate play spaces for different ages was awesome. However, I truly believe the main reason this experience was as positive as it was is mostly due to the management of Daquan (DQ) and his staff. DQ was cleaning the entire time we were there. From vacuuming, to spraying and wiping down, to tidying up and interacting with kids... he was doing it all with excellence. His other staff member was super friendly as well. If other places had employees with work ethic even a tenth of the caliber DQ had, the world would be a better place and businesses would thrive. Hyper Kidz should take note and take good care of him! DQ, if you see this and want a career change in Florida, feel free to reach out and connect!

We were very impressed with the size of the space and loved that there was an entire zone that met the needs of a smaller child but didn't inhibit his ability to crawl to other areas. I do believe we were lucky with a low number of kids in the play area which, despite a few little moments of going "" - overall the lack of dominating older children made it a good experience. I think if you are nervous of potential older (over 3) children interacting with a child that's maybe 9-12m then keep in mind that it may happen that they stumble over into the "infant" area to check out what's happening and try to look for less popular times. To be honest though, it really is a great place with great staff! Things We Loved: - there was a designated infant friendly play space - ample seating for adults - an actual snack/food area that served more than just goldfish and coffee - the "tasted toys" bin! How genius!!!! - cleanliness - layout of multiple different stations If you have a teacher workday or are looking for a random day outing with your little one, I really recommend this place!!

I've definitely been to a few that I thought were overpriced for what you get. I highly recommend this place. It's super affordable ($10 per child to start and cheaper when you are paying for more than one kid, better value overall to get a monthly membership which I believe starts at $34 a month). It pays for itself if you just come here 3x a month or more. They've also got little snacks for sale up at the front desk and you can purchase socks for $1 (they've got music notes on them haha). We arrived early around 9:20am when the inflatable bounce houses were still getting filled but the doors were open and the person at the front desk said it was unexpectedly busy this morning! The place gets pretty busy but emptied out around 11:30 when I assume most people left to go get lunch/put kids down for nap time. Tons of cute little snack tables and chairs for the smaller kiddos and bigger ones for waiting parents/grandparents/caretakers etc. Lots of sanitizer on every counter. They also had Kleenex boxes out (they know their audience) and Clorox wipes at the front desk. There's 2 big bounce houses (a blue one and a red one). The red one is more for jumping and running around in circles and the blue one has a rainbow "floor" interior that is super fun to run across. There are also 2 karaoke rooms with an expansive music selection, colorful overhead lights, and microphones which you ask for from the front desk. They've got the giant piano on the floor like the one from the movie 'Big'. They've got music classes which I believe take place in the back near the restrooms. Love the giant guitar slide and it makes guitar sounds when you slide down. I went down the slide as well and it goes super quick!! I was definitely more scared going down than climbing up haha. Oh and they provide a shelf of croc sandals to wear if you need to rescue your frightened child (I made use of them). I could really go on forever about how amazing this place is. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Incredible experience and place and definitely will be returning!!

The play area is open and spaced out with a nice variety of musical things to play with. Before coming, I really was curious if there'd be enough to keep the little one interested. Big or little, the kids will be interested! By musical things, think less handheld instruments and more installments for lack of a better word, such as the interactive world map where touching the musical note plays music of that geographic location. The percussion pots and pans and bells room was a big hit. My toddler wasn't ready for the big guitar slide, with climbing handholds and bars, but was able to enjoy everything else, including the small slide. I found it easy to carry my infant around and plop him on the floor from time to time with little worry. Some bigger kids run around but there are many side areas that are safer for the wee babes. There's music playing in the background and of course sounds coming from the many installments, and children shrieking. But overall, I didn't find the sound to be too loud or nauseating like it can be in some restaurants and such. There's plenty of space to enjoy snacks outside of the play area and clean bathrooms. The staff I checked in with were quite friendly. Oh and I really thought the price per child to be reasonable compared to most other indoor museums and play places. We will definitely be back!
