I've hosted birthdays at Big Air Raleigh before, so I know they are capable of doing better. Unfortunately, this most recent party was a terrible experience and not worth the money. Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it. read more

We went on the weekend when they had cosmic night. We were able to grab a Groupon but have been back paying full price. This was really fun for the kids! It was super crowded (like I was expecting) and the lights didn't bother me too much (I'm sensitive to flashing lights) definitely a fun place for kids! read more

Big Air is now more like Big Joke. Sadly, what a year ago was the most fun place to climb, jump, bounce, swing and more is now a broken down dump with mediocre staff providing nothing resembling the customer service that was once known here. Sunday, advertised as closing at 7pm, but in reality the snack bar closed at 6pm, the attractions that were not broken all started closing at 6:30pm and everything but the trampolines were closed down by 6:45pm. Even the bathrooms were blocked off before 7pm so little kids were left to soil themselves. None of this was communicated in advance. Buyer beware and definitely avoid going anytime at first opening or within an hour of closing. read more

Brought our 3 year old. Line was not long, arrived 20 Minutes after they opened. Lots of things for a toddler to do. Did not know we had to use their socks and could not use another trampoline venues socks so had to purchase those. Overall, great experience and place was clean. This place is fun! I love how open it is. There is something here for everyone and kids of all ages can enjoy their time here. They have wall climbing, dodge ball, knocked out game and more. I love bringing my now 22 months old son to Big air; we absolutely LOVE it here! He is FREE under 2 years old! There is SO much for him to do here. We usually start at Lil ninja (6 yo and under suspended play structure). There is so much to do inside all of the levels of lil ninja, he loves climbing through all of the mazes, sliding down the slides, and spinning on the spinners! After lil ninja, we jump on the trampolines, dodgeball area, and foam cube pit. There are a lot of activities for kids of ALL ages, I am just reviewing the toddler areas. We usually spend 1-1.5hrs here, and I try to bring him here at least once per week. The bathrooms are clean and have changing tables. There is a food court to have a snack and drink as well. read more

Took our grandchildren to Big Air Trampoline Park. Staff was very professional and friendly from start to finish. We purchased our tickets through Groupon. The ate two differences between ordering through Groupon and through their website other than the cost. First, you can't reserve a time through Groupon. You just have to walk-in but we had no problem getting in. Secondly, is you can't pay for your socks through Groupon so you have to do a seperate transaction for those when you arrive. There is a height limit for a few of the areas. They also do birthday parties. The restrooms were clean. They also have a food counter but I can't speak to that because we did not purchase food or drink while we were there. We will definitely be going back! read more

Took my granddaughter to a birthday party here. The kids had a blast. I liked this place over some more chaotic trampoline places as it is set up a bit more spread out. Will definitely give the kiddos great indoor cardio workout! And they will leave tired and that is a ok! read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered 9 tickets online for a 1pm start time. The place opens at 1pm. I arrived early to ensure we had plenty of time to check in and start jumping at our designated time. Our entire party had not arrived so they said they could check in those who had waivers pre-signed. I said OK. No other information was provided to me. Tickets were printed with time stamps of 2:38, 2:39, and 2:40. As we were standing around waiting for the place to open, I politely asked if I would get the entire 2 hours we paid for since the tag said our time was over before the 3pm we paid for. They said, no your time starts the moment you check in. "But you're not open, my party isn't all here (which you knew), no one is jumping, we're all just standing around." "Too bad, you can start jumping now if you want" "But we've just been standing here for 10 minutes, and again, some of our party hasn't even checked in yet. I just want us to all be able to jump together for the 2 hours we paid for." "It's your responsibility to know the policy." "These policies were not posted nor were we informed of them" "Oh well. This trampoline park is excellent. I've been to the others throughout the Triangle and Big Air is my favorite by far. They offer so much to keep your children active and engaged. The staff are excellent. They go above and beyond providing appropriate supervision. I've been to so many trampoline parks where the staff is lackluster, they do not supervise and they do not engage with the children. The staff here care. They interacted with my daughter and her friends while on the air walk and zip lines. This can be nerve wrecking for children afraid of heights. They made it fun with proper instruction. They have small rock climbing walls, a mechanical bull, basketball trampoline courts, dodgeball, a VR game and so much more. The cafe attendant was excellent even while understaffed in the kitchen. Whoever did the hiring here did an excellent the job. The young people who work here make it a joy to bring your children. I even enjoyed some alone time in the parent's lounge where you may watch your children play from the upstairs balcony. I paid for the $2 chair massage. It was relaxing. Thanks Big Air. read more

Great place for kids, so clean! My kids love coming here, even my toddler. I love that everything in the park is included in the price (unlike other trampoline parks) We came on a Friday and got the family package. We got 4 one hour passes with a pizza and pitcher for $65! Today my son had a party . We got there and checked in and paid everything. The party room wasn't available until after our party time at 3. We get in there at 3:44 pm. We were rushed to get out of the room at 4:21 . We only had 3 of 5 pizzas available which delayed and nobody came and said anything or announced for an adult to meet at the desk for confirmation. This trampoline park is genuinely terrible. Less than a third of the property has usable trampolines. The rest of the building has various activities that require a worker to use, which is impossible. No one will help and even asking was apparently a bother. We spent most of our time slot just waiting for an attendant. Upon asking for a refund only after ten minutes of being there I was promptly ignored. Do not recommend this place, the workers do nothing and it's filthy. read more

Staff are so interactive and helpful! I have been to so many jump parks and staff are well trained and enjoy their job!! So much to do with bigs and littles. The 6d ride is a huge hit. Its also nice to have a jump park not in apex or close to wakeforest!!! Also amazing deals! read more

if i could give a zero i would. i took my 7 kids and they ALL somehow ended up getting hurt from the equipment. one of my kids went on a obstacle thing where a stick spins around and rotated and you have to jump over it. my kid tried to jump over it but got knocked over. that part was fine with me because that yhe whloe point of the machine but then the worker controlling the machine turned to obstacle stick BACK towards her and she got hurt. fun place but dangerous for young kids. read more

We went on a slow afternoon, Wednesday when they have the unlimited jump for only $35. Our little one had a blast and still made some friends! Staff was friendly and helpful. I brought my elementary-aged child to Big Air off of Hillburn over Christmas break. I did not take any photos as the location was fairly crowded and I did not feel comfortable taking photos of children to post online. Please take note that our visit was over a school break; I can't speak to this place when they aren't totally crowded with kids on a rainy day during a school break. The line to get checked in was very slow-moving. There were about five people in front of me, but I really felt it should have gone faster than it did. The employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There were lots of employees posted around the place and they were easily identifiable, which I appreciated. They used a whistle to get the attention of any kid who needed redirection. The bathrooms were not good; the floor was so wet in one that I almost slipped and fell. Toilets were filled with toilet paper, soap dispensers were empty, that sort of thing. The play areas were very fun. My kid and his friend had a great time. Kids of lots of ages were having fun. There were some seats spread around for adults who were watching their kids. We tried out the 3D video room but our seats weren't working and our glasses weren't really working either. What I really liked about this location, as opposed to other indoor play places, is that it had wide open space and the noise wasn't overwhelming, and there felt like there was lots of open space between different attractions. I also love that you buy a ticket and you have access to every attraction. It's so preferable to other places. It was also nice to have the option of having a place to buy food and drinks for the family. All in all, I'd come again, but maybe not over a school break. read more

This place is very nice. I'm always nervous at massive kid play houses. I loved the movie room and my daughter enjoyed riding the horse. This is a great facility - nice place to take the kids and the staff is really nice,too. HOWEVER, this summer I took my grandson there and purchased the 30 day unlimited pass for him for about $30. This was in August and we didn't go back. I looked at my October credit card bill and there was a Big Air charge for $30 and there was a charge in September, too. I called them and they said I had a membership and had to pay for 3 months. I went there today to ask to see the application for membership I had completed and they didn't have one. They had not specified that I was joining a club at all. They refunded the 2 monthly charges and we're very nice. I just wanted to advise other customers of this. read more

The worst experience ever! The cushion floor at the rock climbing wall did not have a boarder around it, so when my child jumped on it he slipped between the hard floor and the cushion floor. It was scary, I screamed out. The employee that was working in that area never moved. The floor supervisor (he was very understanding and helpful) saw what was happening and came from another area to assist. Then the owner showed up. She was apologetic and tried to explain how the floor meets regulation standards according to trampoline parks. We tried to enjoy other areas but, ultimately decided to leave because it was just awful. Many of the employees are just standing around without offering to help. I did get a full refund, but we won't be going back. read more

Purchased a Groupon for this place as it was one that we had not tried, the place was okay, but apparently understaffed which causes an issue if you have a child wanting to do as they should, have the FULL experience. She did not. ONE employee was very nice who was overseeing the course in air, ensuring safely gear was right, she actually assisted in mechanical Bull which was wanting to ride several times but did not as we took her away from her assigned area. She wanted to do more but either operator was uninviting or no one available, and order food there? Forget about it, unless you have 40min to spare as we were told, takes time for oven to heat up, time for this and that, the young man actually talked me OUT of ordering all the items I had planned to. Bottom line, what COULD have been a grand experience turned out to be "I don't care to go there again" experience which kind of broke my heart since it was my idea to begin with. read more
