Felt like a bait and switch -- I went back on the website to see if there was a disclaimer about parties being only 1 hour -- there is, but it's very discreet. It should definitely be more clear so there aren't any surprises. 2. The art project takes quite literally 5 minutes (no wonder only one hour is included...). While I'm sure the art is going to be beautiful, I would go as far as saying this was boring for a crew of 7 year old girls. After all of the instructions were given it was truly.. 5 minutes of fun... I quote the birthday girl.., "mom, we poured paint in a cup and then poured it in paper. That's it." I really wish there was something else to make the party a bit more fun and engaging. Play a game? Sing? Literally anything to extend the fun. The staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable, so their hiring and training is on point. We had Maxine as our host and she was wonderful. Once in a while there maybe a glitch for a player but it isn't frequent, and that's just how technology goes. That's not really anyone's fault. The staff always fixed the glitch quickly. Most of the games are geared toward older kids (and adults) but they do have 2-3 games for younger ones. Booking online is the easiest. But if you're too late for your game, you won't be able to play because the game time cannot be shortened and you will create a backup for other customers. Highly recommend you come 15 min early to check in and get outfitted. Bring your own water bottle. You will get sweaty. If you forget your water, they sell refrigerated water for $4.

Just thinking logically I would want clients to prefill these out prior to their reservations. This would create less friction at start time. The crew setting us up for playtime were very helpful though and after playing they gave us a nice recap experience of our game. This was a nice touch but I wish they would have told us how the photos would be used more clearly. I wasn't even ready when taking my photo and halfway through a blink. The kids liked the game play but adults didn't have a good time. It was dizzying and exhausting to play for me and my wife and $50 a person for such an experience seems high.
