Who throws a birthday party for only one hour? If you want an additional hour it's an extra $150. Felt like a bait and switch -- I went back on the website to see if there was a disclaimer about parties being only 1 hour -- there is, but it's very discreet. It should definitely be more clear so there aren't any surprises. 2. The art project takes quite literally 5 minutes (no wonder only one hour is included...). While I'm sure the art is going to be beautiful, I would go as far as saying this was boring for a crew of 7 year old girls. After all of the instructions were given it was truly.. 5 minutes of fun... I quote the birthday girl.., "mom, we poured paint in a cup and then poured it in paper. That's it." I really wish there was something else to make the party a bit more fun and engaging. Play a game? Sing? Literally anything to extend the fun. The art itself is simply not enough to justify having a party there.

We are regulars here. We have found that the summer pass deal was totally worth it, and we plan to…read moredo it whenever it's offered. The staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable, so their hiring and training is on point. We had Maxine as our host and she was wonderful. Once in a while there maybe a glitch for a player but it isn't frequent, and that's just how technology goes. That's not really anyone's fault. The staff always fixed the glitch quickly. Most of the games are geared toward older kids (and adults) but they do have 2-3 games for younger ones. Booking online is the easiest. But if you're too late for your game, you won't be able to play because the game time cannot be shortened and you will create a backup for other customers. Highly recommend you come 15 min early to check in and get outfitted. Bring your own water bottle. You will get sweaty. If you forget your water, they sell refrigerated water for $4.

This was a nice gesture. We booked our time and we returned 6 mins late. Then this was when we were told we are too late so we can get a store credit or rebook. The excuse was other people in our group has already started. We didn't doubt this at the time but they have a website to look up scores of the day and we were the only ones playing this game at the San Ramon location. Not sure why we couldn't play then if we were the only ones playing anyways. We rebooked for later the same day after dinner and arrived 30 mins early. It turns out we need to sign waivers and prep time before playing. This should have been basic information given to us or at least let us know we should arrive earlier than your booked time in order to play. Just thinking logically I would want clients to prefill these out prior to their reservations. This would create less friction at start time. The crew setting us up for playtime were very helpful though and after playing they gave us a nice recap experience of our game. This was a nice touch but I wish they would have told us how the photos would be used more clearly. I wasn't even ready when taking my photo and halfway through a blink. The kids liked the game play but adults didn't have a good time. It was dizzying and exhausting to play for me and my wife and $50 a person for such an experience seems high. Would probably stay away and try to convince my kids to do the same.

She has brought home BEAUTIFUL artwork that we hang and use. Parking is easy to find. Its a one hour and fifteen min class every Tuesday and plans to open more sessions. She always has that brilliant smile at the end of every class with an end product, which is quite priceless! Devina also does corporate events and special events like birthdays - we invited her to do a lesson for my daughter and her friends for her birthday (Andy Warhol's donuts). What a super cool outcome that was! In addition to art, Devina also teaches public speaking, which has helped my daughter understand how to write outlines, make better arguments, reduce filler words and project better body language. Most importantly it has helped boost her self confidence! Devina is not just a teacher - she is invested in the development of your child all along the way, which is not something you'd get in some of the best teachers. We are truly lucky to have her in our daughter's life!
