A supervisor came by a few days after the install to check the work and fixed a few areas that he felt "were not to H&S standards." Then, this spring, I noticed a small leak on an area that H&S hadn't even worked on (a rubber-sheeted area over my den. I called H&S out it. Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! Met in February for an estimate! Paid a down payment, with probable completion date of April 9th,…read moreupon weather! Had an update in late April, saying they hadn't forgotten about us! Weather was good, and days became nicer. Called the company, got no response. Waited a few days then called the representative that worked with us. The work was done the 20th of May! The job was done in one day. Workers were very professional. Quality of job was top notch. Just thought the wait was a little longer than we expected!

They refuse to give us pictures of what they've done so we don't even know if they're really doing what they should be.
