They sent us Gloria, who over all did a pretty good job. However, she did not do all of what our old person did in the same 4 hour allotment. The bathrooms were both done nicely and she did sweep the floors well. But the kitchen was done half heartedly with counters not cleaned at all and the stainless steel appliances hardly touched. We used clorox wipes to clean the appliances afterwards and the wipes turned brown. She also did not bring her own green cleaning supplies as was advertised. Our living room rug was not vacuumed as discussed because she said time had run out. Basically, she did just the minimum. Our old cleaning person charged us $80 for 4 hours and did much more during that time. Our Groupon was $85 after a discount so its not bad. Considering their normal fee is more than double that amount we will not be using this service again and instead ask friends for recommendations.

She was very responsive and accommodating (she had to stay longer to finish the work). She was able to fit me in and even moved me earlier since she knew I was desperate. She came in and I feared judgement but she was understanding and so gracious. My bathroom was in really bad shape to put it nicely and when she was done it looked like I remodeled it! I cried (literally). For a long time I felt defeated due to the uncleanliness of the space. Full time job. Toddler. And I barely had time to do anything for myself. And when she was done I felt so much lighter and felt a bit more like myself (although I wasn't the one hard at work)...I cried. Valeriia hugged me and her warmth just radiated.
