The lady who came to clean didn't speak any English so I couldn't communicate with her. She did a decent job cleaning, but definitely had things she could've improved on. I still paid for the full job and tipped her over 20%. I try to clean on a daily basis, but it's been a little difficult to do deep cleanings after having a baby, working, and going to school full-time. I even cleaned my home before she came because I wanted her to mainly focus on the stove/oven/hood, which I have been overlooking for some time. I did spend an hour cleaning up after, which is beside the whole point of hiring a cleaner... But my issue isn't with the cleaning lady, it's with the owner. When I brought the issue up to her, she completely ignored me, even when I sent her pictures and brought it up twice. I was completely friendly about it and was just expecting a response, not a refund or anything. Again, I did not want to leave a bad review and just wanted to give some feedback, but I feel like the customer service is completely lacking. By the way my cabinets and stove did not have those stains on it before the cleaner came. I think she used the same towel that she used on the stove for my entire counter and cabinets because everything was covered in black and brown specks afterwards. Our apartment was empty (we haven't moved in yet so thought that would be easier) and we hired them to clean before we move. They advised they would clean the inside of cabinets/drawers as well. We let the cleaner in the apartment and then we had to leave. She seemed to stay there for a few hours. The cleaner took a super short video after the cleaning was completed which is appreciated but it's hard to tell what was cleaned clearly. But when we came back to the apartment later in the day, saw that the stove, refrigerator and floors were generally clean but noticed that majority of the insides of cabinets/drawers were not wiped, many corners/edges along where the floor/walls meet still had a lot of leftover debris/dust, and she forgot to clean the underside of the toilet lid. We told the owner about this and she sent the cleaner to come back and redo some parts of it. But even after she redid the cleaning on those parts, it was marginally better, but there was still some debris and dust left on the edges and corners after she wiped so it felt kind of futile to ask her to redo it a third time at this point since she just didn't seem to have that attention to detail. I ended up just having to clean those parts again myself. In our initial conversation with the owner before booking, they advised they bring all their own equipment for cleaning (including vacuum). But when the cleaner came, she didn't come with a vacuum. Their reasoning was because our apartment is only hardwood floors, but given how there was still dust balls in some corners/edges even in the second visit, just cleaning liquid and wipes are not enough for them to clean properly. If you just need a very general cleaning this service is fine but don't have high expectations for them to clean thoroughly.

I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. On the day of the service, he came with 2 other crew members and I was able to walk through the home with him to go through high level of what has to be done. After some juggling around the time, the two women from Hylton showed up and cheerfully told me they would bring the house back to Order. I looked at their eyes and for the first time ever, I saw determination not judgement. Together they scrubbed, rubbed and wiped the home down. They moved, organized and wrangled my home into submission. I signed up for a deep cleaning and I received a Deep Cleaning. A cleaner windowsill where once I thought the windowsill was already clean. There was a crevice between the washer and dryer and they figured out what to use to reach there. I expressed my concern that most cleaners miss corners and behind furniture and they alleviated those concerns by removing every speck of dust from every single crease and crevice. This is a company that takes great pride in the work that they do. However, when they were finished and called me to do the walk through, they proved that differently from any place I've used in the past. I didn't just walk and nod. She was right behind me and actually asked questions about each area then asked if I needed them to improve anything. I said yes in one instance, and they immediately put me out the room and remade the area. I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness and peace they brought to my space. Usually I find issues in the hours or days after the cleaning but not this time because they were so thorough, both with the work and because of the questions they ask at the end. If I had found something though, I got the distinct impression that it would be safe to let them know it. I'm glad I found them and I am definitely going to call them again.

The women who cleaned my apartment were punctual (actually early!) and very friendly. They loved my cat! They worked for about 4 hours and did a very nice job. I didn't give a full 5 stars because although my apartment is very nice and clean, I specifically was looking for a deeper clean which I don't think I received. I would certainly use the service again because they did excellent work, there was just a disconnect between what I would consider to be a normal cleaning and a deep clean.
