As landlords, we have had many mixing valves replaced over the years. Typical plumbing fee for this is $100-$175 per valve. When questioning the bill we were told it took more time than expected as they had to drill through concrete! When a job is going to be more involved than what is customary, the contractor should ALWAYS consult with the customer before incurring such a ridiculous expense! We would absolutely have told them "No." Instead, they just took it upon themselves to do extensive work of which we were unaware and surprise us with a bill that was fifteen times what was expected! Never again! Run far away from these con men!

ZERO STARS - STEER CLEAR…read more They did a bathroom for my mother. They never allowed her to choose things like sinks, tub, lighting that she wanted, instead choosing to install what they had. They showed up when they pleased and went days with no communication about whether or not anyone would be coming. Mom never felt as if it was safe to go do errands, for fear she would miss them and they might never come back. After only about two months of "work"... The ceiling is not straight. The tub has marks in it that might have been caused by tools or could have been damaged after they installed it. The lights over the vanity have fallen out and damaged the vanity countertop. The toilet is not straight.

I called twice the week after this and the lady said it would be moved the following week after Memorial Day weekend. That did not happen. Their solution was for me to bring my boat up and have them move the hoist with my boat in the hoist regardless of the lack of trust I now have with their ability. I find this company to have a lack of ability to follow direction from client to avoid mistakes and lacking the of ability to correct the mistake because they didn't listen to the customer and lack of communication with customer on initial request or plan to rectify in a timely manner. It was up to me to follow up repetitively and deal with their lack of interest to do the job correctly. I wouldn't recommend unless you live there and can micro-manage their work.
