Made an appointment with the services through via phone, letting them know that I will be paying…read morecash to start and that I don't have approval insurance yet however, when I get to the appointment, there were three young African-American ladies at the desk asking for my insurance information and I told them when I spoke to the representative on the phone that I did not have insurance, but I did just get approval for insurance and I told her if I can give her my member ID number, MHS insurance through Medicaid and she said oh no we don't take Medicaid at all you can call this number and get a refund for the 10 or $20. You paid just kind of brush me off and was being very rude when I left it was giggles and laughter. When I called to get the refund, the lady told me that they do except Medicaid so I'm wondering what was the problem at this location with the rude workers.

Only few sessions I had it helped me a lot. I had trouble getting comfortable position to sleep before the treatment but now I feel better. The staff at the clinic, they really took care of me and I see that they do it to everyone else. Very welcoming. The only problem for me is the distance. Quite far from me but love it there. I'm still continuing my treatment plan closer to my house. I hope that doctor and staff there are the same in Lansing.

In the last few months with Dr. Joe, my mobility has improved more than it ever did in four years with my previous chiropractor. Not only has he adjusted my alignment, but he also has me doing strengthening exercises in physical therapy to prevent a return to my previous pain levels. I haven't felt this good in years.
