For the past two months now they have pulled payments out of my account WITHOUT my authorization!!! I have received 2 checks to cover the overdraft fees when I went in/called and complained about it. And was reassured by Zack last month that the auto-pay would not happen again. GUESS WHAT IT DID!!!!!! I went in and talked to Heather last Wednesday, who was the most helpful out of any of the agents and she processed the claim for me. Only to have to call me today and tell me they were not refunding the money they illegally pulled from my account. Chad then called me a liar on the phone claiming that I never asked for my account to be pulled off of auto-pay! He also claimed that I couldn't possibly remember a conversation that took place three months ago, but when you live paycheck to paycheck you remember things like that. Oh and it gets better, with it being his agency he can't (and by can't I mean won't) write a letter stating that I had talked to him about taking my account off of the auto-pay, but yet for the past two months state farm has reimbursed me for the $29 overdraft fees they caused how would those have gone through if they didn't screw up?????

Always willing to go the extra mile, she has literally gone out of her way (including driving to meet me near my work and home) to meet with me in order to assist with my coverage needs and wants and provide extremely sound advice. She returns call and emails very promptly and on the rare occasion when I had to make a claim, she was there to walk me through the process and make sure that I was taken care of. She is fantastic at what she does and is an even better person. I'm very appreciative of her assistance and advice over the years and look forward to her being my agent well into the future.

I've been learned from past (bad) experiences to have these extras on my plan. After being reassured several times that it had carried over exactly, i found out a couple weeks ago, that they did not do that. Of course I didnt know it was the case until it was time for me to use one of the extras I paid for, road side assistance. When I called Statefarm for this, I was told I didnt have it on my policy.Ive been in this situation before, and was trying to avoid all this and the staff dropped the ball.

After filing, I received letters from the IRS indicating that items were filed incorrectly. What should have been a routine process turned into a months-long ordeal of trying to fix mistakes that should never have happened. This year, we had to work with another professional to correct those errors. After filing amendments, we actually received significantly more money back clear evidence that the original returns were not prepared accurately or thoroughly. From a professional standpoint, there were several major concerns: Lack of accuracy and attention to detail in filings Failure to properly review returns before submission Poor communication and lack of follow-through Providing reassurance that everything was "handled" when it was not Creating additional financial and administrative burden due to errors In addition, interactions with their team were consistently unprofessional. Communication felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. When you are trusting someone with something as important as your finances and business compliance, you expect professionalism, clarity, and accountability....none of which we experienced. As a business owner, I relied on their expertise to ensure compliance and accuracy. Instead, I was left dealing with IRS notices, amendments, and unnecessary stress. I do not write reviews lightly, but I genuinely do not want others to go through what we experienced. Choosing a tax preparer is an important decision, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for someone who is thorough, responsive, and truly knowledgeable.
